Adjustment Factor Applicable to a Claim
The price adjustment is determined by the date when the claim is initially filed with the importer. E.g. If a claim is filed with
the importer by his customer in June then the claim will be based on the adjustment factor that will be published on the
MICA website as “May Prices for June Claims”.
