Apples: The apple market is steady in supply and pricing for next week.
Bananas: Chiquita Bananas are in stock this week with steady pricing for next week. Dole Baby,
Red, & Plantain Bananas in stock with steady markets
Berries: Strawberries—Market is stronger. Blueberries—Market is stronger on and 12/6oz Family
Tree in stock. Blackberries—Market is stronger on Mexico Blackberries. Raspberries—Market is
strong but steady. Driscoll’s 12/6oz in stock. Driscoll’s is prorating again this week.
Cantaloupe: Market is steady on regular Cantalouple and Del Monte MAG Melons.
Citrus Variety: Halo Clementines 15/2lb, 10/3lb Large and Medium, and 4/5lb in stock. Minneola
Tangelos, Murcotts, and Gold Nuggets from Rising C Farms in stock. Minnola Tangelos in 12/3lb
bag and bulk fancy in stock. Honey Tangerine from Florida in stock.
Grapes: Jumbo Pristine Green and jumbo Sweet Celebration Red grapes in stock this week and
next week. “Welches” large green and red seedless grapes in stock. Red market steady and Green
market stronger. Muscatel Grapes from Chile in stock. Peruvian Red Globe grapes in stock.
Grapefruit: Market is steady on Grapefruit. We have 48, 32, and 23ct Ruby Red from Florida with
the Florida crop ending soon. Texas Rio Star 48ct available in choice and fancy. Texas will be coming to and end soon. 8/5 bag grapefruit avialable. Harbor Island 23ct Ruby available.
Kiwi Fruit: The Italian Kiwi Fruit market is steady on all sizes and packs for this week. 1# and 2#
clamshells in stock.
Lemons: Lemon market is steady. Choice 75’s, 95’s, 115’s, 140’s, 165’s, 200’s and 18/2lb bags available. Fancy 115’s available.
Limes: Lime market is high across the board on all sizes. No changes in sight.
Mangos: Supplies are slowly staring to improve, market is still high. 12 counts are in stock with
large sizes very short. Champagne Mangoes in stock
Melons: Honeydew—Market is stronger. Watermelons—Seedless watermelon cartons have a
lower market. 60ct & 80ct Bin seedless on hand with a lower market. Personal—Supplies on personal watermelons are good. We have 8ct personal melons in stock.
Nectarines: Yellow and White nectarines in stock next week from Chile. Markets are steady for 40
series and larger.
Oranges: Navels are at their peak with no price change. Choice Navels available in 138, 113,
88, 72, and 56ct. Fancy available in 88, 72, 56, and 40ct. Heirloom Oranges from Rising C Farms
avaiable in 56 and 72ct. Tarocco Blood Oranges from Rising C Farms available. Cara Cara oranges
available and market is steady.

Pears: Northwest D’Anjou, Bosc, and Red Anjou Pears are all in stock and market is steady. Argentina Bartlett pears W&P 40lb in stock. “Kingsburg Orchards” 16ct 1 layer and 66ct 3 layer Hossui
Asian Pears in stock this week and next week.
Peaches: Yellow and White Peaches in stock next week from Chile. Markets are steady on 40 series
and larger.

Artichokes: Market is steady. 12ct and 18ct short stem artichokes are in stock. Beachside Lyon
variety Long Stems due in Saturday.
Asparagus: Market is stronger. 28# Large, 28# Standard, 11# Jumbo, & 15# Tips in stock. Washington Asparagus due in on the 12th.
Asparation: Market is steady.
Avocados: The market is still weak on 60, 70, and 84ct Avocados. 48ct market is steady and much
stronger on the 32 and 36 ct. The market will continue to gain strength as we get closer to the
Cinco de Mayo pull over the next few weeks. Deal on 20/2# Bag Avocados continues this week.
Beans Green: Orange County Produce market is steady
Beets: Market is steady on 12ct bunches, 25lb bag Red Beets, Chiogga & 25lb Gold Beets. Love

and iced Green onions. Stronger on Oregon Radish from Cal Farms.
Greens: Market is steady on Collards & Mustard. Steady on Red & Green Chard. Market is steady
on Endive and Escarole. Market is steady on Green Kale and stronger on Tuscan Kale.
Leeks: Market is steady on Ralph’s Leeks.

Peppers: Hispanic—All peppers are steady this week with no change. The Ginger market is steady.

Russet—Market is steady on cartons and bagged Russet potatoes. Idaho Burbank’s/Kennebec’s are
steady with good supplies.
Rapini: Market is steady.
Root Vegetables: Market is steady on Rutabagas, Parsnips, and Turnips.
Shallots: 20/1lb shallots in stock. Market steady for next week.
Snow and Snap Peas: Market is steady on Snow and Snap Peas.
Spinach: Market is stronger. Dickey Farms Washington Spinach is due 4/6.
Squash: Soft—the Zucchini and Yellow squash markets are lower. Grey Squash market is lower.
Hard—Market is steady on all varieties.

Apples: Markets are steady but strong on all varieties of Organic Apples out of Washington. We
currently have Organic Cameo, Grannysmith, Gala, Fuji, Red Delicious, Gold Delicious, Pink Lady,
and Honeycrisp in stock. Offshore Gala will be available the end of this week. Gala and Fuji in
stock in 12/2# Pouch Bags and 18/2# Bag Fuji apple to sell
Avocados: Market is weaker on 21/4ct Bags. Calavo label 48ct are up and organic 60ct are steady.
Deal here on Mexican 32ct Avocados.
Bananas: Market is steady on bananas this week. Product of Mexico and Ecuador.
Berries: Raspberries are still strong this week on Driscoll’s label. Market is strong on 12/4.4oz
blueberries. California Strawberry market is stronger.
Citrus: Market is much stronger on 95/115ct lemons. Navel Oranges are steady. We have 72ct
Fancy and 10/4# bags. Organic Cara Cara oranges in stock and steady. Lime market is stronger
and short. 48ct Rio Star Texas Grapefruit and 40ct California grapefruit are both steady. 10/4#
bags out of California are also in stock and steady. Minneola Tangelos are in stock and are steady.
Grapes: Seedless Grapes will start the first week in May
Kiwi: 33ct Kiwi Fruit and volume fill cases are steady out of Italy. 20/1# bags are steady.
Mangos: Market is very strong on New Crop Mexican Mangoes. More due Thursday.
Melons: Organic Cantaloupe melons will start mid-April. Organic Mini Seedless watermelons are
in stock and steady. Organic Honeydew Melons are due Thursday.
Pears: Organic Argentina Bartletts are available in 70ct cases. Argentinian Red Bartletts and Abate
Fetal Pears are in stock now and steady.
