Award Medal Placement
The Bizrate North American Network
consists of any merchant in the U.S.
who is actively participating in Bizrate’s
customer feedback program. The
Network is comprised of over 5,000 retailers
who collectively receive over 16 million
surveys each year.
Winners are announced in September of
each year via a press release. If your
company is a Winner, then you will
receive an emailed letter and
information packet, as well as a physical
award via mail.
There are many opportunities to show
off your Circle of Excellence status.
Winners are provided with an award
medal (pictured right) to include in key
marketing materials such as: website
footers/navigation, banner ads,
brochures and emails (please refer to
our general publishing guidelines for
more information). Additionally, all
winners are published on the official
Circle of Excellence page located on
Bizrate.com’s homepage and the
designation is added to your Bizrate.com
Report Card and Detailed Ratings page.
Winners enjoy the automatic addition of the Circle of Excellence award to
