PRICING
Unless otherwise indicated, rental prices shown are daily rates. However, some rented items may
be picked up the day before your function and returned the day after for the one day rate. Inquire
with one of our sales people.
Special weekly or monthly rates will be quoted upon request.
Rental payment is due prior to or at time of customer pick up at our warehouse. Rental charges
must be paid in advance if equipment is being delivered by PARTY CENTRAL.
Rental and sale prices subject to change without advance notice.
SECURITY DEPOSITS
A security deposit is required for all rented items. A Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or
Discover Card will be accepted to confirm the reservation and act as security deposit during rental
period.
Football Toss
DELIVERY/PICK-UP – EQUIPMENT SET-UP
Delivery/Pick-up is available from PARTY CENTRAL. Rates are based on time involved and distance
traveled. Please request quotation. The Rate quoted covers delivery to and pick-up from garage,
backyard/patio area only, during normal daytime delivery hours. An additional fee will apply to afterhours delivery and/or pick-up and all special delivery situations. Arrangement for special situations
must be made in advance.
For pick-up please stack all equipment in one location; backyard, patio, deck or driveway.
We will telephone customer during week of event to provide delivery date and approximate
(morning or afternoon) delivery time.
Installation/dismantling of canopies/tents will be made within four days of customer’s event.
Equipment set-up and take-down is available at extra charge. Call for specific quotation.
EQUIPMENT LOSS OR DAMAGE
Lost, broken, chipped or damaged equipment will be charged for at time of return. If item is
repairable, our standard labor and/or parts rates will determine amount charged. Security deposit
will be retained until loss/damage charges are paid.
FOOD SERVICE ITEMS
Food service items are machine washed and packaged by PARTY CENTRAL prior to rental. Items
