Bradford Agent Installation Instructions - Macintosh
1. Click the Download Bradford Agent link provided on the CHHS Computers & Office
Technology web page (http://www.wmich.edu/hhs/technology/computers.html) &
Save the file to your Downloads folder
2. Run the installer if prompted or locate the installer file on your Downloads folder
3. Hold the Control key on your keyboard and click the Bradford Persistent Agent.pkg
icon, then click Open
4. Click Open at the following prompt
5. Click Continue , then Install to proceed through the prompts. No specific information
needs to be entered
6. Type your computer password, then Install Software
7. Once the installation has been successfully completed, click Close
8. You should now see the Bradford Agent running in your task bar
