Cancellation Policy
Party deposit of £50 is non refundable.
If you wish to change the booked date, we require one weeks’ notice.
If the park is closed due to any unforeseen circumstance, we will offer an alternative date.
If a date is not available we will offer a refund.
Times
Morning parties’ start at 10.30am prompt (set up from 10am) and afternoon parties start at 2.30pm
prompt (set up from 2pm).
Catering




Large Pizza – Cheese & Tomato (12 slices). £20.90 each
A 32 piece Sandwich Platter – 8 each of egg & rocket, ham & cheese, cheese & pickle, tuna &
cucumber. £22.00 each
Kids Lunch Box – ham or cheese roll, box of raisins, banana, carton of juice, bag of Pom
Bears. £ 4.40 each
Kids Snack Box – Gingerbread Man, box of raisins, banana, carton of juice, bag of Pom Bears.
£ 4.18 each
Please note the following:





Some prices have changed and take effect from 25 March 2016.
A minimum 3 days notice is required for all orders
Full payment is required 3 days before the order is fulfilled
Apart from the Kids Snack Box (which can be provided anytime) all orders can only be
fulfilled if the catering manager is on site.
There is a minimum order for Snack/Lunch boxes of 10 units
Aldenham Country Playground Hire
 Building hire – £300 for 3hrs
 Deposit -£50 is non refundable
 Hire options – Saturday PM or Sunday AM/PM
