A little bit about me. If this is your first show, and you tuned in, you’re like, “Well,
what’s this guy about?” or anything. For me, it all started at age four. At age four, I
heard a voice perfectly clear. And that voice told me my grandmother had lung
cancer – and she did.!

So, it all started out at that point. Even though she wasn’t exhibiting symptoms,
Spirit knew and told me. And then, weeks later, we found out. !
!
So, from that day on, I used this gift of hearing Spirit perfectly clear from the
outside of the body. Some people say, “Well, are you channeling? Are you
intuitive?” And people, they ask me questions a lot. !
It’s actually different. It’s a voice I hear all the time as if someone was standing
next to me just like if you had a friend next to you, talking to you, and asking you
questions or telling you things. It’s exactly like that. It’s like being in the movie
theatre and your friend is talking to you while you want to watch the movie and you

So, that’s about me and how it all worked.!
!
So, let’s talk about our topic today. Today’s about depression. There are a lot of
different varieties of depression. It’s a word we use when something is not feeling
right. That’s the word that’s come to light in all these years, it’s the word
depression. !
!
No one experiences depression all the same. So, it’s not like when you say, “Well,
I’m depressed” and someone else says they’re depressed, most likely, it’s going to
be different. There’s going to be something different about that state of being or
state of depression that that person is experiencing or the feelings they’re
experiencing. That’s how complex this is. !
!
Putting it all in one bag does help to some degree because we have a word. When
it comes down to this, we have a word and we can associate and use that word in
a way to communicate to other people, “Well, I’ve got depression” or, “I’m
depressed.” !
At the same time, putting it all in one bag is not a great thing. There are reasons
that that’s not great either. So when we do that, we kind of negate all the different
varieties and what can be going on and how it works. And so it’s important to
understand all these.!
!
So, to communicate how we feel, even though so many of us have different
feelings and symptoms that we call depression, we use that word. But there are a
lot of different symptoms.!
!
Some people have a little bit of sadness that they can’t describe or they can’t
explain. They don’t know why it’s happening. Some people have chronic sadness
where there are no breaks. There’s nothing breaking it intermittently. It’s literally
just chronic sadness all the time.!
!
And there are different levels. You probably know. You’re dealing with it. There are
different levels that you’re chronically sad, but intensely chronically sad. !
There are also people who have just a lost of interest where they’re not interested
in anything anymore. They can’t describe it, they can’t explain it. They can’t iron it
out. It’s hard to even express. They’re just not interested in anything. There are
people that have that side to it.!

And then there are people with no inspiration. Nothing inspires them. They don’t
have the inspiration within, it feels like. Or that inspiration is flowing away. It’s
gone and it’s not here anymore. And that’s another kind of edge to it. !
!
Then there’s no motivation. I mean, are you dealing with no motivation? I’ve had
times in my life where I’ve completely been, “No, I’m not motivated.” Spirit makes
me get motivated no matter what because Spirit is cracking a whip. But did you
ever get that no motivation. That’s another thing that can happen. !
!
And then, there are people that have just a little bit of no motivation, no interest,
no inspiration, maybe a little bit of sadness. So then, there’s a different recipe. It’s
a different apple pie. That’s how complicated it is. !
!
And then, there are some people, they can’t get joy at all. Nothing provides joy.
Nothing is joyous. And that’s a difficult thing all on its own. !
And of course, look, there are people that – we may do this. You may work too
hard. You may be too busy. You’re too busy, you’ve got so much on your plate that
you don’t let yourself experience some joy. I mean, I get that. I’ve done it. That’s
how I’ve worked and worked and worked and helped people for a decade. A
decade could go by for me, and I’ll be like, “Did I do anything fun?”!
So, there’s that. But at least when you do something fun, you feel it. Well, there
are people that they just don’t feel it, so they don’t know what’s fun anymore or
something that’s joyous or something that feels good. So, we get lost there. That’s
a sign of depression too. !
And then, no happiness. Joy is a little different than happiness. Those two are
actually kind of different. There are people that can’t get that happiness or can’t
find that happiness or can’t feel that happiness. !
These are all signs of depression, one way or another. And it could be temporarily
there in one’s life or it could just be a short time, and then, boom, we get back to
balance, back to that grounding.!
And then, there’s even more critical levels of depression, deeper levels where the
loss of the ability to feel anything at all, the loss of the ability to feel. Yeah, sure, if
someone pinched you or poked you, you feel it. But I’m not talking about that. That
lost of feeling anything, that’s a really intense variety of depression. That one
really is hard. !
A client, Michelle, one of my clients, she suffered from depression for years and
years. She told me the way it started for her – so she described it for me, I never

forgot this. This has stuck with me. I mean, look, I had a lot of people that have
helped with depression, and I’ve heard their story. Everybody’s story is powerful,
unique and there’s so much to it. But this one kind of really resonated with me. It
definitely stuck with me. !
So, she described her first onset of depression was like being on a train. You know
we live our life and we’re like on this train? We’re cruising along. Sometimes, that
train is going super fast. Sometimes, that train is going regular speed. Sometimes,
it’s going a little slower. But it’s like the train of life. !
She described to me that it was like being on this train. And then, without any
warning, the train just stopped, just dead stopped. It stopped right on its track
actually and let her off in the middle of nowhere, in a station that was in the middle
of nowhere. There was no one there. !
And then the train pulled away, leaving her alone. And it never came back again.
The train never came back. Another train wasn’t coming back into the station to
pick her up. She was waiting, and waiting, and waiting for another train to roll in.
She was standing there. !
That’s how she described it to me. She was waiting, and that meant waiting
months and waiting longer and waiting a year, waiting more years. And the train
never pulled back in. So, no more trains entered into the station. !
So, the loneliness she felt deep within her became a great pressure. It was a great
pressure of despair. She said it felt like a 400-pound gorilla on her back and
heaviness that wouldn't alleviate. That loneliness was actually heavy. It was a
combination of both. !
And every waking moment for her was a prison of emptiness and sadness, she
told me. !
That really stuck with me. Yeah, Spirit knew what was wrong and she’s been freed.
For years now, she’s been freed from that. The train has come back into the
station again and she’s back on the train of life again. The train is blowing a horn
and it’s rolling. !
But that really got me and twisted me up a bit. And I knew we have to do
something about this. This is why I put a chapter on depression in my book
because it deserves to be there. !

I mean, I know so many different illnesses and struggles. Everything that we deal
with deserves a space. But I felt like this one really gets us in a lot of different
ways. !
Now, Spirit knew the trigger of her depression, knew what the problem was that
was the big trigger. But we’re going to run down some other triggers. We’re going
to run down different triggers here. So, let’s start this. !
The trigger basically is something that is the smoking gun. The trigger was pulled.
The avalanche occurred. Something happened.!
Just keep in mind. Sometimes, we have more than one trigger. It’s kind of like in
the migraine episode we talked about, there’s more than one trigger for a
migraine. So, let’s start with the first set of triggers, the emotional set. Let’s go
through that.!
One of the biggest trigger are emotional blows, getting an emotional blow, an
emotional hit, I call it. Did you ever hear someone say, “Maybe you need to sit
down for this. Maybe you need to sit down for this for a minute. Look, I have to tell
you something, and I think you have to sit down. Look, you can’t hear this news
standing up.” Did you ever hear that? There’s a reason for that. !
Did you know that didn’t start 10 years ago. That didn’t start 50 years ago. That
didn’t start a hundred years ago. That saying, that delivery method, for when
someone has to give you bad news, that delivery method is ancient. That goes
back thousands of years. That goes all the way back where someone basically
said, “You got to sit down for this.” Adam said to Eve, “You got to sit down for this.
I’ve got to deliver you this news right here.” It goes all the way back. There’s a
reason for that, there’s a reason.!
And the world is changing now. So when we get news handed to us and we get an
emotional blow, it’s not always by someone lately in this generation. It’s also by
computer. So you get emotional blows that don’t kind of forewarn you to sit down
now. !
We’re getting hit a little harder because we don’t get a chance to brace ourselves
because the computer age is getting so crazy. The phone company is not going to
tell you to sit down before they cut off your phone because you didn’t pay the bill.
They’re not going to tell you to sit down on that one. You’re just going to be
standing up reading that notice, and then you’re going to get hit. !
So, basically, there’s a reason why that’s been happening all these years. There’s
an intuition that developed in our human nature, in our human race, that knows,

“Hey, man! You better hang on for that ride. Hold on! Hold on for that ride because
this isn’t going to be so easy to bear because you may get weak in the knees. Your
knees may buckle.” !
So, emotional blows, that’s what it’s all about. It’s about a bad news being
delivered, maybe a shock of some news. Basically, what happens when we get
news delivered to us, what happens is we have a real physical shock that occurs
in the brain. !
I’m sure you’ve probably had this before. You’ve been handed a little bit of bad
news, something has happened like that. That could be a loved one passing. You
found out about a loved one passing. Or a spouse cheated on someone or has
cheated on you. We’ve been fired from a job, a job that we either love or we even
don’t love. It’s still a job. The thing matters in all kinds of level, and it matters on
different ratios. !
There’s a serious emotional shock that occurs when someone is betrayed or
someone, a best friend, betrays you or a soul mate just walks off and you thought
they were your soul mate. This is intense stuff. These are real shocks that occur
on the physical brain on a physical level. Of great proportion, electrical surge
occurs. That’s not measured in science, not measured in medical research and
medical science. !
So often, people say to me, “What do you know? You’re the Medical Medium.
Science has it all covered.” Well, with the 200 million sick people in America alone
in the U.S. that don’t have answers for hardly anything and all of the autoimmune
and chronic illnesses, never mind everything else that’s a state of being, that’s
really not a good way to look at it.!
I’ve helped people with this information for a reason because Spirit knows. Spirit
always tells me that. Spirit over science, that’s what’s powerful and that’s where
we’re heading in the future, by the way, because we’re still stuck in a place where
we don’t know why someone’s depressed. !
And I say this, I say all of these because when someone is suffering from
depression, they’re hurting bad and it can be remedied, it can’t be taken away, and
they’re in agony, we don’t have a right to say, “Hey! What do you know that
science doesn’t know?” We don’t have a right to say that. !
When you have a friend or a loved one that had been suffering for 30 years or 50
years of depression, we have to be open-minded and we can’t just say, “Hey, you

don’t have a whole bunch of labs and you’re doing studies. So what do you know?”
Well, actually, those labs and studies are not taking depression away from people. !
In fact, a lot of times, labs and studies are offering depression for people in the
wrong way, creating it in many ways. That’s how rough it is with depression. It’s
that serious. !
So, the shock that occurs that Spirit has taught me about – and I’m saying this
because this isn’t measured by science. That’s why I’m saying all of these. We
don’t have CAT scans, we don’t have MRI’s that can detect this shock that occurs
that starts off the depression game. We don’t have that yet. Those machines,
they’re just not invented just like so many other things weren’t invented back 50
years ago, and 70 years ago.!
We thought we were so advanced 70 years ago. And when you look at it, it’s
actually ridiculous! We’re still in that place in many ways. So we have to be open.!
This shock that Spirit tells me that occurs, it’s a power surge of great proportion,
an electrical surge. So,when we’re handed bad news like a loved one has passed
or a spouse has cheated on us, or we’ve been betrayed, what happens is an
emotional shock fires off in the brain, kind of like ECT, electrical shock treatment.
It’s kind of similar to that in many ways. !
Now, everybody handles the blows differently, this electrical charge to be more or
less intense. Someone might be able to handle it differently. Someone else, they
can deal with it. And then, you have someone really sensitive where that electrical
charge can put them in bed for months.!
I don’t know if you’ve experienced that you’ve been with hit something, a little bit
of an emotional thing got thrown in your way and you’re tanked for three days,
you’re tanked for a week. It’ll leave your head spinning. And not just that, it can
weaken you. This is from the electrical shock I talk about.!
So, more or less, everybody is different. Different people, it affects people
differently. And the aftermath could vary. !
Aftermath is what I’m trying to say. That’s what I’m talking about. Now, this
electrical shock is like a lightening strike. The surge is like a major overload. Just
like in a house, when you have a surge, we have to have those little power surges
on our computers and TV’s or whatever just so when we get hit by lightning, the
house gets hit by lightning, you don’t blow all your equipment out. !

Well, we have a built-in little power surge supply protected. I think that’s the
technical thing to say for power surges. And basically, what happens, when we get
handed this bad news, we have the safe vault. The light shut off temporarily. We
blow a fuse. That fuse is critical. That fuse stops the total meltdown in our system
from things getting worse. !
So, when you’re handed bad news, bam, lightning strikes in the brain, electricity
goes off, a storm cloud happens of electricity, fires out through neurons,
neurotransmitters, you name it. When we’re hit with this emotional stuff, and
there’s a safe vault, there’s a built-in mechanism in our bodies, in our brain that
flicks the switch so that further damage isn’t done, temporary depression can
occur.!
They can be depressed for three days, five days with bad news, and then come
out of it, shake out of it and roll along with things. “Yeah, I heard that. I know it’s
bad. I’m moving forward.” You shake out of this. You see? It’s a shutdown that’s
temporary after a serious emotional blow. !
But this is the “I can’t believe it” emotional centers of the brain when they get hit.
That’s what it is. It’s the “I can’t believe it.” “Wait a minute. You’re telling me that. I
can’t believe that.” That’s what occurs. !
Some people have more emotional blows one after another. Some of us aren’t so
lucky just to have one once in a while. We get handed some bad news in three’s.
What’s that old saying? “Oh, it comes in three’s,” which isn’t necessarily true that
they call come in threes. But the point is that’s out there, that kind of superstition
about they come in threes. Yeah, they do come in threes, but they come in fours,
and they also come in twos. They come in ones. !
So, that whole thing about how they come in, well, when they come in threes and
fours and fives with people, you get those blows, and that electrical charge can get
so intense. !
Why do you think people get numb when they hear something, a break-up, when
their relationship break-up and all of a sudden, you feel a kind of burning in your
arms or your shoulders or you feel numb while you got the news or you feel like
your head’s disconnected from the body? !
All these things, this is the electrical storm I’m talking about that occurs inside the
brain. And when this happens too many times, and if you’re a sensitive person,
that mechanism breaks down. And what occurs is these little, mini microstrokes.!

I’m not talking about a stroke when someone has a stroke. Don’t get that wrong
there. I’m not talking about a TIA either. I’m talking about something so mild that’s
different than all of those where it causes just, instead, a little bit of a brain
inflammatory issue. !
So, as this thing starts happening, meaning you get news delivered, and you’re
getting electrical surges in the brain, and you’re getting hit and slammed left and
right, what happens is this part of the brain and the “I can’t believe it” sector of the
emotional part of the brain starts to get inflamed.!
This is why people get even more emotionally shaky and they get numbed. And
then, they get depressed later on. Depression could set either shortly after that or
even later on. And even when the problems are gone, you could be depressed a
year later from this. !
So, even if you had the bad news a year ago, your girlfriend or boyfriend broke up
with you, or whatever’s happening in your life, maybe a loss of the loved one, as it
goes on, the depression can hit six months later and totally slam you because of
this inflammatory process from that electricity that occurs. And MRI’s and CAT
scans cannot decipher and find this out.!
What happens is it’s a neuron meltdown. These are neurons melting down. They’re
clustering. These are clusters of neurons that melt down and they bind together
and they get baked. They’re baked under intense electrical shock or continuous
electrical shock and electrical heat inside the brain that causes these neurons to
cook like an egg in a pan.!
And when we have too many emotional blows at this level, and it’s happening all
the time, we get in trouble.!
Picture a sand castle. Picture a sand castle on the shore. You built a sand castle
and the waves are coming in. You built around your sand castle because you want
to keep the waves out. You know the tides are going to rise, so you built this nicesized wall. You want to keep the enemies out. !
You also don’t want the sand crabs climbing up over that wall and getting into the
castle and start damaging the castle, so you build this nice wall. The waves start
rolling in, the tide starts going higher, and the waves start to hit the wall. It’s doing
a little bit of damage. And then the sand crabs are kind of all going around too
because they want to crawl in there and they’re starting to damage the wall. !
It takes time, but eventually, the wall starts to break down. But not to worry, not to
worry, because you built a big moat around the castle. You built a big moat around

it.So basically, the castles bit a little higher up on a foundation. You’ve got a nice
deep moat around it and the moat fills up with whatever. So you’ve got a second
defense. !
So now, the waves are coming in, filling in. The walls are deteriorating. The water
is coming in, and it’s filling the moat.!
Eventually, the waves get too high and everything starts to fall apart. All the safety
mechanisms are not there. Our safety mechanisms to stop depression from
emotional shock starts to break down over time. !
But that can heal. All of that can heal. Many people have come to me. We’ve
learned what to do through Spirit. But we’re going to talk about other things too,
not just prolonged stress and trauma that passes these safe vaults, that gives us
wear and tear and causes emotional brain centers and neurotransmitters to get
affected, so that we have that whole depression thing occur that we call, that we
communicate with by using the word depression. !
We’re going to talk about some other things too. There’s another trigger, chronic
adrenal fatigue. That alone can cause depression, chronic adrenal fatigue. Even
mild adrenal fatigue if your adrenals are a little bit overactive, we can get little
bouts of depression or if they’re underactive, little bouts of depression. !
But if they’re chronically underactive, or chronically overactive or going back and
forth, over and under-reactive, we can get depression from that. Our
neurotransmitters, actually, they work off of the adrenaline that pumps out of us.
There’s communication between that. !
All the different aspects of our adrenaline, different varieties of adrenaline that I
talk about in the adrenal chapter of my book, and also, on the adrenal show that
we did, all that is playing a role with neurotransmitters. !
And what happens is when we’re under stress, and we’re up against the gun, our
adrenaline can get more corrosive and more problematic. Our adrenals, they can
oversurge and flood our system. And that is corrosive to our neurotransmitters and
neurons. !
It’s kind of like when you’re filling up your gas tank. Did you ever stick the nozzle,
you spill and you overflow gas out of the little hole where the gas cap is, and it
overflows down the car, and it gets on the paint? Well, eventually, that paint starts
to bubble up and gets destroyed. Gasoline can corrode. !

Well, that’s what our adrenaline is like when it’s being used the wrong way or
flying through our system the wrong way, flooding our system the wrong way
where we have overreactive adrenals for years and under-reactive. They go up
and down, they lose that homeostasis. That’s what happens with that. !
And then, there’s another thing that causes depression as well, viral infection. So
many people have low-grade viral infections and viruses create a neurotoxin. They
create a neurotoxin that shorts out electrical impulses, that shorts out neurons,
neurotransmitters. So, that’s what happens with low-grade viruses. !
Undetected by medical science, undetected at the doctor’s office are these lowgrade viral activity that create neurotoxins. So many people, they have a lowgrade virus and that’s causing their depression. It can give them brain fog. It can
make them disconnected. It can make them feel like they’re not awake. It can
make them feeling all kinds of different feelings, including, obviously, depression.
So, that’s another thing that can occur. !
And then, there are people that have heavy metal toxicity – heavy metals, mercury
in the brain, causing oxidation. We’re going to do a whole show on mercury –
mercury poisoning, heavy metal toxicity. We’ve got one coming up. I know we do.
I’m pretty sure. And we’re going to go into detail about that.!
Heavy metals in the brain alone can be something that triggers depression for a
lifetime for someone. We could suffer a lifetime with the worst forms of depression,
going all the way to the most extreme to dangerous levels of depressions. And that
happens with heavy metals such as mercury. !
I’ve seen people just get their fillings dug out, all their fillings dug out, and it kind
of caused a little bit more intoxication because they were all being done at once,
and they go into 10 years of depression from that alone. !
So there are so many reasons why we get hit with this. And mercury is funny
because it tends to oxidize tissue and it runs off. Runs off means it bleeds. Say
you have a toxic plant and it’s stripping water out like a chemical plant. It’s running
all of its waste into a river, into a stream. That waste enters into the stream and it’s
called run-off. !
So that’s what happens with mercury. It tends to oxidize and it tends to run off into
other tissue, causing depression and all kinds of varieties of depression. !
And then there’s pesticides, herbicides, fungicides that we get, that we not only
ingest, but we get exposed to. Those can create depression as well. Glysophate,

there are different kinds of things in chemicals, tons of poisonous copper, tons of
mercury that are in pesticides. So, we deal with that too. !
So if you’re getting your house sprayed, think twice about that. If you’re getting an
exterminator coming into the home, you might want to think about that one too. I
would do that. I would live with ants before I have that stuff come into my home
because I know it could literally be the start of depression. And I can’t be
depressed because then, I can’t help anybody else. So, we have to be careful
there. !
MSG, MSG builds up in people, and it short circuits electrical impulses,
neurotransmitters and neurons. That’s a dangerous one. It’s a hidden one. It’s in
there. It’s in natural flavors. Remember I talked about that last week? It’s a natural
flavoring. And natural flavors are in food. It’s just filled with MSG. It’s in organic
food, it’s in natural food. It’s in teas. That one right there, MSG build-up alone can
cause depression.!
Look, you can be someone with multiple issues like I said earlier. You can have a
little bit of everything. You can have a different apple pie. You can have a different
recipe. You could be hit with the emotional hits. You can be slammed with
emotional hits like that if a friend leaves you or you get betrayed or you get bad
news or you get a notice in the mail. Whatever it is, that can be going on, plus you
can have some heavy metals, plus you can have some MSG, plus you can have
adrenal fatigue, plus you can have a low-grade viral infection. So, there are a lot of
things altogether.!
We can have pieces and parts of these triggers, but we can recover from every bit
of it. We can heal from every bit of everything I’m saying. I know so. I’ve seen it
before. I helped hundred recover from depression from all variables and different
shapes and sizes and different varieties. And you can. !
So, let’s talk about some of the things we can do. Very important, cilantro. When I
talk about cilantro, I don’t mean just a sprig of cilantro. If you’re dealing with
depression, you make this kind of like a lifelong thing. You marry. You marry, in
wedlock, you marry cilantro. So no prenupt agreement. You just marry cilantry and
you just go full throttle into that and you bring cilantro into your life. !
You can put it in your juice. You could put it with your celery juice, your straight
celery juice. So if you’re dealing with depression, put a little cilantro in your
straight celery juice. !

Guacamole, if you like avocadoes, throw not just a little sprig of cilantro, get used
to having it. Get used to tasting it. Some people just hate it, and I don’t blame
them one bit. But get used to tasting it if you like it at least a little bit. !
Smoothies, put a little cilantro in your smoothies. This is incredible. For pesticides,
herbicides, heavy metals of all kinds, mercury, this is an incredible way of helping
yourself of getitng it out of your system. That’s one thing. !
Spinach helps with depression. Use it, raw spinach. You can make a raw spinach
soup. You throw it in the blender with some tomatoes. That’s one way of getting
spinach in you. You can have a spinach salad. !
Spinach is really important. That helps too because there’s a tremendous amount
of chlorophyll in spinach, really bioactive chlorophyll that binds on to a lot of
poisons. It helps. !
Walnuts, walnuts are fantastic for depression. Have just a handful a day if you’re
dealing with depression. !
If you bring all these in every single day, and don’t skip a few days, you’ll see the
depression starting to slip away a little bit. !
Wild blueberries, that one is incredible. It’s an all-time antidepressant, these wild
blueberries. Wild blueberries are so high in on polyphenols that go into the brain
and pull out poison and repair emotional injuries, repair emotional damage, repair
the soul, repair the physical parts of the brain that we talk about. !
And I don’t mean cultivated blueberries. Those don’t do it. I want you to eat those,
but make sure the wild blueberries is the big deal. !
Oranges, great one for depression of any kind. !
Sprouts are incredible. They clean the liver, they clean the brain, the detox the
brain. Brain detox is a lot different than liver detox, but sprouts do both. They
detox the liver and detox the brain. It’s kind of like the best way to go. That’s a
good one. !
Avocadoes, avocadoes have nurturing elements, a nurturing element for when we
get emotional blows over time throughout our life and we get depression resulting
in it. So avocadoes heal. It’s very nurturing like breastmilk when you’re a baby and
you need breastmilk. Well, avocadoes do a lot of healing on all levels,
metaphysically and physically.!

Let’s talk about the top supplements for depression. B12, the right kind of B12, of
course, that we always talk about. I’m the only one apparently so far that’s talking
about adenosyl cobalamine, the right kind of B12. So, if you listen to other shows
and the supplements, you’ll learn about that. That’s for the brain. That’s for the
restoring the brain. !
Hawaiian spirulina, not California spirulina, not spirulina from other places, but
Hawaiian spirulina, they’re critical for removing heavy metals in the brain that
really help with depression. !
I’ve seen that change people’s lives when they’ve used it right and continually with
depression. !
Nacent iodine supports the endocrine system, helps to knock back viruses, lowgrade viral loads. That’s a big one. !
Ester-C is a vitamin C. If you like liposomal C, make sure it’s liposomal C with
sunflower (meaning it’s derived from sunflower). But Ester-C is fantastic for
neurotransmitter support. It supports the adrenal glands. That’s a great one. !
Melatonin helps repair brain tissue. Melatonin helps repair brain tissue. I mean,
everybody is afraid of melatonin for main reasons. !
There are two side effects for melatonin. It repairs brain tissue, that’s one of them.
The other one is it actually helps you sleep better for the most part. So, that’s a
fantastic thing to take if you’re dealing with any kind of depression over time. !
Lemon balm, it’s anti-inflammatory for the brain. That’s a great one for depression. !
PharmaGABA, that helps too. That one supports neurotransmitters. It calms the
central nervous system. It’s PharmaGABA.!
EPA, DHA, that’s plant-based. That’s also good for the nervous system. Bcomplexes, a really good B-complex is great support. And magnesium. !
So, if you’re someone that gets depressed, magnesium should be on your list.
Magnesium glycinate, that’s my favorite, Spirit’s favorite. That’s where I learned
my information from. So, that’s what we want to do. !

I don think she has pain. She has terrible fatigue. She’s been diagnosed with
something called postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome which means that for
the past maybe five years, she’s been almost disabled. I mean, she can manage a
small bit of work, but…!

Does she have a natural – how old is she?!
Patricia:!
She’s 31 or 32.!
Anthony:!
Does she have a natural doctor?!
Patricia:!
No, she doesn’t, not a natural doctor. !
Anthony:!
She might want to explore that and be open to that. And if she does do that, she
has to tell the doctor that she has the viral infection because that’s nerve-related
tachycardia. That’s vagus nerve related. The vagus nerve is inflamed and that’s
actually caused by a viral infection. !

So, she should get a natural doctor, bring it to the doctor’s attention, and talk
about how the vagus nerve is inflamed because that’s the variety of tachycardia
that she has. !
That’s what I would do. That’s the first and most important step that she has to do. !
And then, does she eat good? Does she take care of herself? !

Well, we got to get her to eat better. !

She can’t. She has a very limited palate, always has. I’m her mother, and I’m a
homeopathy. I have tried many times to help her, but...!

amazing that you’re a homeopath. I love that. That’s incredible. I would keep on
trying. Just keep on working with her. She’s young, she’s 31. So sometimes, it
takes a little time to adjust to different things and move through life. !
But keep on putting emphasis on all the homeopathic work that you know. Get her
to a natural doctor too, another natural doctor, even though of course that’s what
you are too. Get her to another one that might be able to help her in other ways
because the central nervous system is a big part of what she’s experiencing. It’s
the vagus nerve.!

And it’s inflamed and it’s because of…!
It’s low-grade, yeah. It’s a low-grade viral issue that’s inflaming the vagus nerve.
That’s what shuts down everything where you can barely function, work. You have
to be in bed. You have terrible fatigue; and then, along with that, the tachycardia.
That’s a response from a toxin. That gets into the mitral valve.!

It doesn’t necessarily have to cause a mitral valve prolapse, but it gets into the
mitral valve and it causes the mitral valve to actually sticks. And when it sticks,
you go into tachycardia. !

But an alternative doctor will probably understand – meaning be open to
understanding that advanced information that Spirit has. But a conventional doctor
could be open to it too. Try different conventional doctors too as well. But that’s
the information that comes through. !

I was diagnosed with hypothyroid in 2002. But as far as sadness, ever since I was
a little girl, I always felt this sadness. The last two years, I’ve been uninspired and
unmotivated, so I can totally relate with the story with Michelle. I was just
wondering if you can…!

Well, the hypothyroid thing is not causing the depression. There are millions of
millions of happy people that are hypothyroid and don’t have that kind of
depression symptoms and all of that. But it is affiliated. That’s for sure.!
!
From what I see on the scan, your thyroid has a little bit of a higher heavy metal
content in it. So, that’s leading me to look in other places. And so when I look in
your nervous system which is the brain, what Spirit shows me on the scan are
Christmas lights. You’re on the outside of a home at night and it’s Christmas time.
You look inside, and you see the Christmas tree inside there. The lights are all
glowing. Or another way of looking at it is like glitter on a tree. !
!
So, when we do the scan that Spirit has open right now for me to see, I do see
deposits of metals. And it looks like mostly mercury. That’s happening inside the

brain. I see little flecks. We call it the Christmas light thing. That’s the way I’ve
always referred to it since my childhood of doing scans on people and taking a

that, a natural doctor that can tell you have heavy metal toxicity? !

No, they never checked that. I mean, they checked for my thyroid and adrenal
glands, but never checked for metal toxicity. !
Anthony:!
Well, the thing is if you do from here on out run off and go find somebody, don’t do
any intense heavy metal detox. Don’t do any kind of major chelation. I’m not
saying chelation is the worst thing at all or not. But for you, you’re pretty sensitive.!
Jennifer:!
I am. !
Anthony:!
Oh, yeah. We know. Spirit told me. We know, we know. So, you want to do the
cilantro that I was just talking about. The cilantro, get it in your guacamole, get it in
your smoothies. You want the Hawaiian spirulina at the same time. !
You want a little bit of dulse. You want Atlantic Sea Vegetables. I think there’s a
company called Main Coast Sea Vegetables, they have dulse. You’ll find it in the
healthfood store. It could be in a shaker or it could be out of a package. But you
want to have sprigs of this or the shaker version. You want to have a good couple
of teaspoons of this daily. You want to get that dulse. !

Dulse pulls out mercury really well when it’s deep in certain areas of the brain. It
looks like on the left side of the brain, left frontal lobe, a little bit more on the left
and in the back. And you’ve got a little bit on the right. But it’s there, the metal. !

And so, I would do the cilantro, the spirulina. Get the wild blueberries in there.
That’s another powerful thing you can do. !
And keep hydrated. Keep your electrolytes going. That’s another thing to help with
getting this better, actually having your hydration there. Don’t get so busy where
you forget to drink or you forget to stay hydrated. !
And make sure that you are grazing. It’s a technique Spirit always tells me to us
eiwth people especially with what’s happening with you. Make sure you’re grazing
along the way, so that you don’t let your blood sugar drop and your electrolytes,
and your mineral salts, and your glucose all drop and hit rock bottom in the
bloodstream. That isn’t good when you’re dealing with this kind of depression.!

Good! I’ve been having health problems since 1995 when I got bit by a tick.!

1995. In ’98, I was diagnosed with hypothyroid and was on medication. They took
me off the medication because I was having rapid heart beat. In 2005, I was on an
antibiotic and my health has gone downhill really fast. !
Anthony:!
Well, the reason why is because your problem is really viral. Even though you got
bit by a tick, that was the trigger. But that wasn’t the cause.!
!
And I explained this in detail both with the Lyme disease show that I’ve done, and
also the chapter on the book on Lyme disease. Most people get sick with their
trigger for Lyme disease when they get stung by a bee or they get bitten by a

horsefly or they get too many mosquito bites at one time one night or they get a
spider bite. !
The tick is actually the least on the list of triggers compared to how many people
get all these other things that occur that are the trigger of something else

low grade virus that was just on the edge of coming out. So, 1995, that was on the
edge and they’re basically right there about to come out. If it wasn’t going to be
the tick, it would have been something else. It could have been…!

Right. Before, I actually had mono a few years before that. !
Anthony:!
Well, that’s your real answer. And so you have to understand how that works. The
mono is really what was sending you in the wrong direction. And that’s the Eipstein
Barr virus. The Eipstein Barr virus does not like antibiotics. It’s the reason why I’ve
watched tens of thousands of Lyme disease patients practically lose their lives
because the industry still to this day doesn’t have a clue that it’s not bacteria, it’s
viral.!

And look, I may be just getting so many people angry that are listening for the first
time. They’re listening now, and they’re going to be all mad about this. But you just
got to keep an open mind. I’m not sitting here doing this for laughs and giggles.
This is about watching people’s back, watching your back. Even if someone isn’t
happy about what I’m saying, I’m watching your back. !

But the thing is that the Eipstein Barr is one of these mystery illness that we have
an epidemic with that is not detected anymore by blood test properly, gets blamed
on Lyme disease all the time. And that mono is the real reason you’re dealing with

So, when you get the antibiotic treatments with mono or with Eipstein Barr in the
system, it goes downhill. And I’ve watched it go downhill for tens of thousands of
people. it’s the saddest thing I’ve ever seen, but no one corrects it.!

First of all, you have to go find a doctor that understands Eipstein Barr. That’s not
a lot of them out there, but you have to start looking for and be proactive for
antiviral. That’s what you have to do. I want you to do that. !
You’ll find a guy that will be like, “Yeah, you had the mono. Yeah, d’oh? Yeah, this
is Eipstein Barr. Yeah, it doesn’t react good with antibiotics. Yes, you’re going to
have the adrenal fatigue and the neurological fatigue.” You’ll find a guy or a gal
and then you’ll head in that direction. !
