I have examined several dozens of tomato products and the information included in a
substantial majority of labels is limited to basic data required under the law:

Practically all labels contain information on
- Nutritional Value
- energy
- protein
- fat
- carbohydrates
Cooking recipes appear sporadically, and I have managed to find other information only a bit
related to the matters you are interested in only in the enclosed products.
Practically the only regulation regulating the matters related to nutrition and health claims
made on foods is Regulation 1924/2006.
All market participants (in particular competitive food-processing plants) strictly observe this
regulation, and every inconsistency on the market is reported to competent governmental
review units.
As of today, practically no company on the market emphasises any health qualities of tomato
products.
Therefore, such information does not appear in advertisements promoting a specific product
of any brand.
Some pro-health information, however very limited, is placed on ketchups for children (mostly
in relation to ingredients and in order to emphasise natural qualities).
Since 1996 the “Promocja Zdrowia” Foundation has been running a campaign “Protect
yourself against cancer – eat vegetables and fruit 5 times a day”.
