The reception accepts payments in LE, euro, $ and credit card.
RESTAURANTS & BARS:
Main Restaurant “Peninsula”: Located in the main building of the
resort, “Peninsula” serves international buffets for breakfast,
lunch and dinner.
Check out information :
- Check out time is at 12:00 noon.
- Late check out is subject to hotel availability at a charge of
10 USD per hour from 12:00 noon.
- Extra Lunch costs 22 USD per person.
- Extra Dinner costs 30 USD per person.

LOCAL CURRENCY: Egypt Pound (LE) broken down in piastres. 1
euro equals approx. 7.00 LE; 1 US$ approx. 5.6 LE and 1 UK£

time as it is not possible to re-exchange back to euro or dollars.
AL FORNO (Italian): For guests on All Inclusive basis a set menu is
available. For guests on Half Board basis a 50 LE credit is given. In
both cases additional a-la-carte orders are subject to extra
charges.

SWIMMING POOL & BEACH: The resort boasts a 2700 sqm
swimming pool and its own private beach at Um Marikha Bay (a
10-min drive from the resort). Sunbeds, umbrellas and pool towels
are available free of charge.
SIAM (Thai): For guests on All Inclusive basis a 35 LE credit is
given. For guests on Half Board basis a 50 LE credit is given. In
both cases additional a-la-carte orders are subject to extra
charges. Open from 18:30 to 23:00
Please refrain from reserving sunbeds unnecessarily. If beds are
unoccupied for a longer period of time, the recreation attendant
will collect your belongings and keep them at the towel counter so
other guests can enjoy a sunbed.
POOL BBQ: Located near at the pool island and open from 10:00
to sunset. Beverages and snacks as per All Inclusive guidelines.
Additional a-la-carte food and drinks menu available.
SHUTTLE BUS: A bus service is provided between the resort and
the beach and the resort and Naama Bay. Timings are posted at
the reception and seating is on a first come, first serve basis.
PANORAMA BAR: Open from 11:00 am to midnight and part of
your all inclusive package
HOTEL TAXI: New Shahd Limousine Company arranges hotel
taxis around town and Egypt at reasonable prices.
BEACH BBQ: Located at our private beach and open from 11:00 to
sunset. Beverages and snacks as per All Inclusive guidelines.
Additional a-la-carte food and drinks menu available.
MEDICAL SERVICES: Our house doctor is on call 24hr, 7 days a
week and can be reached through the reception. Doctor visit:

BANKS: At the entrance to the resort is an ATM supporting credit
card withdrawals (Egyptian pounds only).
At the reception of the resort near the tour operator boards, is an
ATM where money can be exchanged and Euro withdrawals

TELEPHONE: In your room is a guide with instructions for calling
from Egypt. Cost for overseas calls is approx. 3 euro per minute
and charges are per minute. Please hang up after 3 rings and retry
to avoid unnecessary charges.

INTERNET: The resort offers free high speed internet access to
her guests. Wireless internet is available at hotspots around the
