PRUDENT (PROOD-NT) Molly was very prudent, and carried her umbrella whenever there was the slightest chance of rain. Prudent (adj.): careful or cautious. Synonyms: Antonyms: PLEASE REPEAT AFTER ME… •The definition of the word prudent is careful or cautious. WARM-UP Give me two examples of times when you knew you had to be prudent. Example: One time when I had to be prudent was when a strange man asked me to drive him around the mall parking lot to look for his car. I occasionally choose to be a recluse on the weekends in order to ensure relaxation, save money, and avoid any form of unnecessary drama.
