Special Terms and Conditions - Supply of
cabinet only
Tecnomac and Comcater will only guarantee the
correct functioning of the supplied cabinet. Excluded
from any warranty is the following:
1. The cooling performance of the machine.
2.Malfunctioning or any damage to the cabinet
which is caused by partial, incomplete or incorrect
connection of the machine to the central cooling
unit or the third party supplied compressor/
condensing unit.
3.Damage to the cabinet or property due to
the failure to provide connection of the alarm
input which stops the machine in case of the
malfunctioning of the central cooling unit or the
third party supplied compressor/condensing unit.
4.Damage caused through lack of commissioning of
unit by a Comcater authorised service agent.
5.Service calls to any faults deemed to be caused by
thethird party refrigeration system.
