Lena Summer School
Information
Please look for our Summer
School 2017 information in
this newsletter edition.
Summer school is a great
way for students to
continue to learn and grow
with fun and interesting
classes and instruction. It
is also a great way to get
out of the house and have a
great start to the summer
days.
We will have 5 weeks of
summer school running
Monday thru Thursday the
weeks of June 12th, 19th,
26th, and July 10th and 17th.
Electrathon Team Performing Well!
Mr. O’Brien’s Electrathon team has been doing really well in the recent
competitions. The team has designed and built the cars throughout the school
year and received an overall 1st Place at UW-Platteville this past weekend!
Spring MS/HS Band and Choir Concert
Our students put on a great show for the spring music concert. We have
many talented musicians and singers. Mrs. Oskey and Mrs. Langer do a
wonderful job working with our students and preparing them for
performances.
Please return the summer
school form to the office by
June 1st and we hope to
see a lot of students in the
building this summer!
Small Community, Great
Opportunity!
Sincerely,
Ben J. Pytleski

Windy City. This experience can only happen through the generosity of our community who

this trip.

Aquarium, The Museum of Science and Industry, The Willis Tower Sky Deck, Tour of Wrigley
Field, Chicago Cubs Game, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Chicago Sports Museum,
Millennium Park and the Bean, as well as try local Chicago Cuisine.
