BEST WESTERN Kings Manor Hotel has five main meeting rooms that are ideal for all types of event from small meeting and interviews up
to medium size conferences. Rooms can be used in conjunction with one another to offer break out and syndicate rooms.
All rooms offer easy access for delegates with mobility problems with all but one of the rooms being on the ground floor. All have client
controlled heating and ventilation with maximum flexibility in seating plans.
The
hotels convenient location for the city centre whilst having the quieter suburban setting has proved popular with many conference and
event organisers over the years
As well as all the facilities that you would expect in a modern hotel for today’s traveller such as the bar , the bistro, the restaurant there are a
few that are not always found in all hotels. Such as the extensive leisure club with the 20 metre pool, sauna, steam room and large gym.
120 free car parking spaces. Then there is the complimentary WiFi, not just in the conference rooms and bedrooms but also in all public
areas.
The hotel’s experienced staff have years of experience in organising all sorts of events. It only takes a few minutes to check out review sites
and social media to get an idea of their professionalism, helpfulness and ‘can do’ attitude.
The five main rooms are
Rosemount. is usually let as a
breakout room for the larger Lothian
Suite, but it can be used on its
own for small meetings for up to
12 people and its closeness to
reception makes it an ideal interview
room. It can also serve as a private
dining room .
Lothian Suite. This flexible room
can accommodate large meetings
of
up
to
150
delegates
and
Cabaret Style set ups for up to 80
equally well. It has level access to
reception and benefits from built in
air conditioning and audio visual
equipment.
The adjoining lounge area provides
an excellent registration or coffee
area and can be combined with
the adjoining Rosemount room for
extra floor space or a separate
breakout room. The room can be
used for formal and informal dining
for up to 100 guests.
Milton Suite. A generously proportioned
room overlooking the tennis court, Milton
was purpose built for training events and
mid scale meetings. Holding over 80
delegates in a theatre style or 40 plus in
Cabaret or Boardroom layouts. Milton is
on the ground floor for easy access and is
adjacent to our bistro which can be used for
refreshment breaks if required.
Treetops. Is our most popular
training room with its double aspect
windows and high ceiling offering a
light and airy feel. Training events up
to 30 can be accommodated here
and it can also be used in a theatre
style for 55 delegates. Treetops is on
the first floor and can be accessed
either by a short stairway from
reception or via a lift.
Glen
Devon.
is
an
excellent
small meeting room for around
20 attendees or for small training
groups. It has built in AV facilities
and its ground floor location offers
easy access to anyone with mobility
issues
