Days 1 ‐ 3: Bangkok ‐ Koh Kood Beach Resort Depart from your hotel in Bangkok at 6:00 am with a minivan to Trat. You arrive at Laem Sok pier around 11:30, where the ferry to Koh Kood departs. We arrive around 2:00 pm at Koh Kood Beach Resort, our own resort with a laid‐back atmosphere where you can relax in beautiful tropical surroundings. Koh Kood Beach Resort has a private beach. Resort facilities include a swimming pool, free kayaks, snorkeling equipment, bicycles and free internet access in the restaurant. The resort has its own dive shop. If the weather allows, you can arrange daily trips to a pearl farm, a fishing village and waterfall or a picnic at the nearby beaches. All tours can be booked and purchased at the reception area. If there is no room at Koh Kood Beach Resort then we stay at Suanya Resort or another resort of the same standard. (B days 2 & 3 only) Days 4 & 5: Koh Kood ‐ Koh Mak At 9:00 am on day 4 we head to the small island of Koh Mak, located between Koh Kood and Koh Chang. Here you stay two nights at Makathanee Resort, which is surrounded by palm trees, a beautiful lawn and a view directly to the sea. Facilities include a swimming pool, restaurant and kayaks. The equipment can be borrowed at the resort. You can also rent bikes. The resort offers courses in scuba diving and wind surfing. In the evening you can sit on the terrace or enjoy the sunset from the beach. If there is no space in Makathanee Resort then we stay at Plub Pla Resort or a resort of similar standard. (B) Days 6 ‐ 9: Koh Mak ‐ Koh Chang Marine National Park On day 6 we head to Koh Chang, Thailand's third‐largest island. We stay at Kacha Resort and Spa ‐ an idyllic resort located on Koh Chang's famous White Sand Beach. Ideal for those who love water sand and beautiful sunsets. Here you can relax at the water's edge, swim in the tropical ocean, sunbathe in the palm shade and walk along the beach. Additional facilities include a large natural swimming pool and Parichart Spa, where you can get a relaxing massage, body scrub, facial treatment and more. (Not included in the price). If there is no room at Kacha Resort then we stay at either Ramayama Resort, VJ Hotel or Bhumiyama Resort, all of which are to the same standard of comfort. The tour ends on the ninth day at Koh Chang. You may extend your stay on Koh Chang or book a transfer to Bangkok or elsewhere. If you like, you can also stop in Chantaburi (between Koh Chang and Bangkok), where it is possible to swim with dolphins. (Note: This is NOT included in the tour price and program, therefore you must request this stop when you book the trip). (B) Key: B = Breakfast ved.
