• 1 dozen eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
• 1/4 cup Natural CO2 butter, softened
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon mustard of your choice
• Salt to taste
• Ground pepper to taste
• Paprika and/or dried dill (optional)
Directions:
Finally, something to do with all of those Easter
eggs – medicate them! Cut hard-boiled eggs in
half lengthwise, and remove yolks without
breaking the whites. Mash yolks, and then stir in
butter and four following ingredients. Stir in
salt and white pepper. Spoon or pipe egg yolk
mixture evenly into egg whites. Sprinkle with
paprika and/or dill, if desired. Cover and chill for
at least one hour.

APRIL CULTIVATING TIP
SPROUT YOUR GARDEN
Now is the perfect time to start your seedlings! Most cultivators agree that the old-fashioned
method of germinating your seeds in damp paper towels is still the best. Store germinating
seeds in a cool, dark place, and check them for sprouts that are about ¼ inch in length. When
this happens, they will be ready for planting in easily draining soil or peat moss. Be careful not
to overwater your seedlings, as they are prone to molding and rotting when they are too wet.
Keep new seedlings close to their light source, so they don’t stretch too much. Then, enjoy
watching them grow up!
