Win Up To $ 10,000 Worth of Doors and Windows with Solarcan!
CONTEST RULES
1. To enter the contest, simply answer the questions on the entry form found on the
Solarcan website (www.solarcan.com/en/sweepstakes) or the Solarcan Facebook
page (www.facebook.com/SolarcanPortesFenetres). The deadline for entries is
November 1, 2017.
2. The winning entry will be randomly drawn on November 3, 2017 at the Atis Group
head office among all received and completed forms.
3. The contest is open to residents of Quebec and Ontario. The winner will be
contacted by email or telephone and will have to comply with the provided
instructions to claim the prize. The prize offered may be applied to the following
products: entry doors, patio doors and Solarcan windows (garage doors are
excluded). The maximum retail prize value is $ 10,000, including installation.
4. If the winner has already purchased Solarcan products between January 1st and
November 1, 2016, this purchase will be eligible for a reimbursement of up to
$ 10,000. Should this winner’s purchase not total $ 10,000, the difference in value
will be awarded in the form of doors, windows and installation. No monetary
compensation will be awarded.
5. Products must be ordered before November 30, 2017.
6. The number of entries is limited to one (1) per person participating from our website
or Facebook page. Participants entering on Facebook may refer friends to increase
their chances of winning.
7. The use of multiple profiles is not permitted. The contest team reserves the right to
withdraw a prize from a winner who has entered with multiple profiles.
8. If the winner claims the prize after the deadline indicated, the prize will not be
awarded.
9. Participants must be at least 18 years old and living in Canada.
10. Solarcan reserves the right to terminate the contest in whole or in part and without
notice.
11. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred to another person,
replaced, or exchanged in whole or in part for money. Should the winner not reside
in an area served by Solarcan, the prize will be delivered by another division of the
ATIS Group.
12. In the event that the winner does not receive the email or telephone confirmation
due to a transmission error or technical issue of any kind, including but not limited to
the malfunction of a network, servers or other, Solarcan will in no way be held
responsible.
13. The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees, agents and
representatives of Solarcan or Atis Doors and Windows, their parent or related
companies or their prize, materials and contest-related service providers as well as
the immediate family members (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother) and legal
or common-law spouse of these employees, representatives and agents as well as all
persons with whom they reside.
14. Any disagreement regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest
may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any
disagreement regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des
alcools, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a
settlement.
