EveryonePrint - Webprint
SCIENCE Webprint is a print solution, which makes it easier for employees to print at SCIENCE: SCIENCE
Webprint works whether you are using a PC, Smartphone, Tablet, etc. and you will not need to be
connected to a specific printer via the network. With SCIENCE Webprint you can upload or send
documents, which need printing, to a webpage and then choose which printer you want the document to
be printed on.
Login
Go to
http://webprint.science.ku.dk
and login with your KUnetusername and password:
Upload and print a document
When you have logged
in, you will see a tab
called My Print Jobs and
by clicking Browse…, you
can choose a document
to print.
Select the document you
would like to print and
click Open (not shown
here) and then click Next
>>.
The document is now
processing. If the status
of the document doesn’t
automatically change
from Processing to
Awaiting release, click
refresh.

When the Status is
Awaiting release it is
possible to remove the
printjob by clicking
Delete. It is also possible
to expand/contract a
print job by using + and .
Click in the dropdown
box and select which
printer you would like to
print from. (read more
on My Printers tab
below).
Click Print.
If you checkmark
Advanced, you will get
more print options, as
shown below. When you
are done, click Print >>.
Status should now
change from Printing to
Printed, and your
printjob is now printed
.

Print a webpage
If you would like to print a
webpage, click on the Web Print,
type the address of the webpage
you would like to print and then
click Next >>.
The printjob will now show up in
the My Print Jobs tab (see
paragraph 2) and it will be
named after the name of the
webpage (i.e. www.ku.dk).
Driver Print
The Driver Print tab contains a
guide in how you install a local
printer on your computer. First
you need to pick your operating
system: Windows/Mac/Linux.

You will now see the below
picture.
In the left-hand side you can
chose another operating
system and in the middle you
can chose how you would like
to print.
Click Continue, and follow the
guide.
My Printers
If you click on the My Printers
tab you will get a list of all
available printers.
If you always use the same
few printers, you can
checkmark them under
Favorite. By doing so, only
these printers will figure in
the list under My Print Jobs.
Troubleshooting
a. When status change to Printed, the print job has been sent to the print que for the selected
printer. If the document is not printed, there might be serveral different explanations. The printer
might be turned off, showing an error message on the printer display, out of toners, lack of
network connection or some other type of maintenance needed.
b. The problem can also be on the print queue, a print job not being printed might block other print
jobs. If the printer is installed locally on your PC, it is possible to access the print queue, but
normally you will not have access to delete print jobs from the queue. In that case, you will have to
contact an employee in SCIENCE IT: Servicedesk.
