but they were all completely silent, as if he were a predator to them.

Local Stories: I told one guy what happened and he said they were all over but you just had to be still enough to
notice they are there. I forgot his name, though, I apologize.

I have grown up in Central FL. My first encounter was in Tarpon Springs FL when I was at a birthday party where we
stayed overnight. I was in the bed right next to the window. I turned over, towards the window and came face to
face with one. I looked at it for a moment. Was intrigued...but turned back over in case it didn't want to be seen. In
2009-2010 I stayed with my parents in Chiefland, FL. I lived in the 5th wheel next to the house. I am a smoker, but I
respect others who aren't, so I smoked outside. I had already noticed that skunk smell, but there was no way I was
hiding in the house. So, while I was smoking I heard this really weird sound...it was loud and it made the hairs stand
up. I looked over to where it came from, but it stayed in the shadows. It was about 8ft tall, because when it made
the sound I had to look up and it was in a place that had nothing to be 'up' on. The next night I listened to the dogs
in the neighborhood bark and they were chasing something until they couldn’t. When they stopped barking I had
that 'feeling' that he was in that same place as the night before. The next night I took a shower in the house and as I
step outside I smell skunk...ON the porch. I had my dad’s high powered flashlight, but could see nothing. After going
to the 5th wheel and putting my dirty clothes up, I stepped outside again to have a smoke. I didn't finish my
cigarette that night. I got this REALLY creepy feeling, so I went in and read for a few minutes. I felt as if I was being
watched, so I turned the lights off. I still couldn't see anything, so I went to bed. Now the bed in this 5th wheel is the
part that goes over the cab of the truck, so not much room, but has a window on each side. I was laying down for
about 10 minutes and felt as if it was right outside the left window, so I put a pillow in front of that window. In a
couple minutes I felt him looking in the right window, so I put a pillow in that window. I was able to fall asleep after a
few minutes, but only after I made sure he wasn't going to break anything to get to me. The next morning, I wake up
and make coffee. As I waited for it to perk, I opened the door to greet the morning. What greeted was my father
about 10ft from the 5th wheel, trying to fix the water line. He looks up at me and asked, "Did you trip over this, last
night, going to the bathroom?" I said no, but was thinking, "Something was mad when they kicked THAT!" The pipe
was broken 2ft below the ground! All that was 5 years ago, but I will always remember it like it was last night. I have
so many people who laugh at me, but ONE day....

I spoke to the witness and I find her to be honest in what she told me about her encounters she had. There have
been other reports in the county recently from 2012-2013 so the area has been active still and may continue to be.
