dial *95 and follow the voice
prompt to access privacy control.
Despite the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Do Not Call Registry, telemarketers
and other unwanted callers continue to find new ways to bother you at home.
From there, follow the
menu options:
Block them with Terminating Call Manager from Midco® — your first line of defense
against telemarketers, polling services, auto dialers, robocalls and more.

How does it work?
•Terminating Call Manager from Midco “screens” all your home phone calls.
Press 2
Remove a number
from the blocked list.
•When unwanted callers attempt to reach you, they hear the announcement, “The
number you have reached does not accept calls from telemarketers. If you are a
telemarketer, please add this number to your Do Not Call Registry and hang up now.
Otherwise, please press 1 or stay on the line.”

from the blocked list.
•Never miss calls from important contacts such as your doctors and child’s school.
When they make automated calls for school and appointment updates, they cannot
press 1 to bypass the message to reach you. Be sure to add their auto-dial numbers
to your allowed callers list (up to 25 numbers).

Yes. If you decide to block a particular number from calling
your home phone, simply dial *96 after your call is finished
to automatically add the last caller’s number to your blocked
number list. No further calls from that number will be allowed.
