Thank you for your interest in the Enterprise Holdings BC Business Rental Program. This
program provides your company with easy access to our preferred business rental programs at
both our Enterprise and National Car Rental brands. The program consists of set rates with
“Best Rating” for our National Car Rental brand and a combination of set rates and percentage
discount for our Enterprise brand. Also for our Enterprise brand we have special set rates for
Western Canada and truck rental rates as well. With over 6,500 locations in North America to
choose from you are sure to find a location that is convenient for your needs whether it is
airport travel or local home city rentals. Both of our business rental brands have unique
attributes that make them market leaders. Above all, our high customer service standards are
what keep our customers coming back. Below are a few highlights from each brand and an
outline of our BC Business Rentals rate structure.
To have your company enrolled in our BC Business Rental program simply fill out the attached
enrollment form and send a signed copy to the address listed on the form.

Special Terms and Conditions
Canadian Rentals
Kilometer Charges:
Enterprise Brand rentals:
Except for rentals in Prince George, Fort St. John, and Cranbrook, Rates for Economy through Full size vehicle
classes include unlimited free kilometers per day and per week, and 3,500 free kilometers per month; all other
vehicle classes include 200 free kilometers per day, 1,400 free kilometers per week, and 3,500 free kilometers
per month, as applicable. Any additional kilometers will be charged at the rate of C$0.20 per kilometer.
Rentals in Prince George, Fort St. John, Cranbrook, include 200 free kilometers per day, 1,400 free kilometers
per week, and 4,000 free kilometers per month, any additional kilometers will be charged at the rate of
C$0.20 per kilometer.
National Brand rentals:
Rentals originating and terminating in designated C-1 locations include free unlimited kilometers for daily and
weekly rentals and include 4,000 kilometers for monthly rates for Economy through Full Size; other vehicles
receive 200 free kilometers for daily, 1400 free kilometers weekly and include 4,000 kilometers for monthly
rates. Excess kilometers will be charged at the rate of C$0.20/day. Rentals originating and terminating in
designated C-2 locations include between 100 to 200 free kilometers per day, depending upon the location as
determined by EAN. Excess kilometer charges vary by location. Rentals originating and terminating in
designated C-4 locations will be assessed a per kilometer charge for all kilometers driven. Per kilometer
charges vary by location. A list of C-1, C-2 and C-4 locations, subject to change in the sole discretion of EAN,
will be provided to Customer upon its request. For National brand rentals originating and terminating within
other locations not listed within this Paragraph, a rate per kilometer may apply.
US Rentals:
Weekly and Monthly Rates Weekly rates are six (6) times the Daily Rate for the Vehicle Class rented. For
rentals of twenty-four through thirty consecutive days by the same renter (Monthly Rental) the monthly rate
will be four (4) times the Weekly Rate for the Vehicle Class rented.
Mileage Except for one-way rentals as may be set forth herein, Rates for Economy through Premium vehicle
classes include unlimited free miles per day, per week and 2,500 free miles per month. All other vehicles
classes include 150 free miles per day, 1050 free miles per week and 2,500 free miles per month as applicable.
Any additional miles will be charged at the rate of $0.20 per mile.
All other standard terms and conditions of our general rental agreements apply.
