Motivation
We are proud that our pupils enjoy coming to
school, and are ‘eager to learn’. To ensure pupils’
learning is real and relevant we plan for a variety of
visitors to come into school as well as a range of off
site learning activities.
Challenge
At NPIS we have high expectations of all our pupils.
Work is carefully matched to individuals to ensure
they are constantly challenged.
Independence
Pupils are expected to think for themselves, to
express their ideas and opinions to become active
problem solvers.
Trust
Trust is developed through high quality team work.
Pupils are expected to take on a number of roles of
responsibility throughout their school life.
Sharing & Support
We believe in sharing both our successes and
failures. If we are truly going to improve at all levels
we must learn from the past.
We support through
Through a highly structured learning environment
which provides a range of learning tools.
