Simply follow the steps below to redeem your points
for any Standard hotel or Point StretcherTM reward.
1. Call 1-800-HHONORS or your local Hilton Reservations
Worldwide office to book your reward reservation.
Tell the reservations agent you will be using HHonors
points, and give the agent the Reward Code listed on
the appropriate Reward Chart.
2. Upon completing your reward reservation, access your
HHonors account online and click on the “Rewards” tab
to redeem your points online. Or, contact the HHonors
Customer Service Center by e-mail, phone or fax (see p. 42)
to redeem your points for the reward. Remember to include the
applicable Reward Code.
3. Provide your HHonors account number and PIN or your username and
password when requesting a reward.
4. You will receive a reward confirmation document to present
to the hotel at check-in.
