Spooktacular Scamper
It is with much excitement that we invite you and
your family to participate in our 1st Annual Holy
Apostles Spooktacular Scamper 5K Fun Run &
Walk. This event is a collaboration between our
school and our children/youth ministries of the parish. All proceeds will help to support education within our school and faith formation ministries.
The Spooktacular Scamper will take place on
Saturday, October 24th, at Holy Apostles
Parish.

Math News!
Attention all Tiger and Cub Scout Families!
The Cub Scout Sign up and Parent Meeting for ALL families of
Pack 93 and any families interested in joining will be held Thursday, September 10th, at 7:00 pm in Lofy Hall. Please enter the
building through the Gathering Space. New 1st grade scout parents can ask questions about the Tiger Scout program, turn in
youth applications, and pay the $30 Tiger registration fee to join the
pack if they haven't already. Please remember your checkbook.
In support of the Math Problem of
the Week contest, students will
have the option this year to order
a T-Shirt. The T-Shirts may be worn to school the second
Thursday of every month throughout the school year. All
students are encouraged to order a shirt to show their participation and support of the program. T-Shirt order forms
should be sent into the office no later than Friday, September 18th, 2015. Any questions please email Mrs. Porn
at [email protected].
For 2nd through 5th grade families, our Cub Scout fundraising activities will be explained at this meeting. Plus, you will be able to try

a sample of the fundraising item. A letter with more details about
fundraising will be e-mailed out to you prior to Sept. 10th. Please eChess club is a fun interactive environment for students

Reminder - The annual Fitness Night Pack Meeting (for all 1st

Fish Fry Servers Old & New
Your first training opportunity to serve at the Holy Apostles Fish Fry is Wednesday, September 16th from 7:00-8:00 pm in the gym.





If you would like to become a new server at fish fry and are in third grade or higher (please note, students who are NEW to fish
fry are asked to bring a parent to training with them)
OR, if you have served at fish fry in the past and would like to continue serving, but have not completed three years of training
(if you are not sure if you have trained for three years, contact Polly Oldenburg)
All servers old and new – will register directly with Polly for the September & October fish fry.
Please contact Polly if you are interested in helping on Friday, September 18th or Friday, October 16th. On-line registration will
begin with the November fish fry.
Second & last training will be offered on Thursday, October 15th at 7:00 pm in the gym.

Join the Library Birthday Club!
Celebrate your child’s birthday with a gift all children at school can enjoy!
For a contribution of $15 or more, your child will be able to choose a brand new
hardcover book dedicated in his/her name in the school library. A permanent label
will be affixed to the book to honor your child’s growth and contribution. Halfbirthdays will be celebrated for the summer-born!

Please return this form and contribution to the school office or library. All ages are
encouraged to join. Hardcover books will be selected based on library need, but efforts will be made to make birthday books extra fun and interesting and appropriate
to the ages participating in the program.
During the school year, your child will be allowed to choose and check out a brand
new book. At that time a personalized nameplate will be placed in the book. After
the books have been returned the book will be displayed for other children to see
and check out.

Girl Scout Cookout Friday September 18
All School Dance
All girl scouts and their families are
invited to a Cookout Friday September
18 at 5:30pm. We will be celebrating
the new year with a fun cookout at the
HA baseball diamond. Troop 4587 will
be cooking up some great food and
then the girls can play games and get
to know one another. We will end the
evening with s’mores. Please bring a chair and something to
drink. The cost is $4.50 for the scout and $3.00 for any additional
family members. The registration form is attached to the Messenger. Please call Stacia Schneider at 262.784 6848 if you

Last Chance to sign up for Friday's Dance! Don't forget to
send in your sign up form/ permission slip for this Friday's
Dance!
All ages are welcome with parents/guardians from 5:307pm.The song requests are being processed....get ready
to dance the night away!
Middle School Dance 7-9pm. All students MUST have
permission slip to be allowed in. No exceptions!
