National Science Week is Australia’s annual celebration of
science and technology and thousands of individuals – from
students, to scientists to chefs and musicians. Our children will
be exploring different Science Experiments.
The theme for this year’s Book Week is - Australia, Story
country.
Australia has always been a country that has many stories to tell.
Across the week we will explore a few of these stories.
Superhero Week – come dressed as your favourite superhero to
raise awareness for Muscular Dystrophy and research. Please
bring a gold coin donation.
NAPCAN (National Association for Prevention of Child Abuse and
Neglect) Week. NAPCAN’s strategy is to support and encourage
changes in individual and community behaviour to stop child
abuse and neglect
Throughout this week we will run through a variety of practice
drills including fire, flood and storm. If the alarm sounds while
you are here please join us in the drill and see how the children
in each respond to the different situations.
