who i s employed under a c o n t r a c t of s e r v i c e from which he derives
weekly earnings of l e s s than fourteen pounds and f i f t y pence o r
monthly earnings of l e s s than sixty-two pounds ar.d eighty-three pence
s h a l l be t r e a t e d a s a non-employed person.
