Fabric cutting machine
with automatic roll removal
This cutting machine is equipped with a semi-automatic roll lifter.
The coupon is placed on the lift and is passed to a transversely
moving conveyor belt, which transports the goods away.
The roll removal can be combined with all our cutting machines.

Double cutting machine
with winding device and crane installation with bracket
For example two different materials like aluminium sheets and fibreglass can be fed
from a paternoster to the cutting machine, without changing the rolls.
The double cutting machine separates the materials on two levels. This
can then be placed directly over each other in a sandwich method.
This cutting machine, is used by vehicle manufacturers for the production of the
planking, for example.

4-fold unwinding system
with foil dispenser in combination with cutter
The station provides four films available free of tension and is synchronized with
a cutter. The film tension is controlled by dancer rollers.
Four layers of film can be superposed on each other and fed to the cutter via a
conveyor belt.
In addition, the station provides packaging material which can get unwind directly.

HOT WIRE THERMO CUTTING
Distortion-free Hot Wire Thermo Cutting
Almost all synthetic materials can be thermally cut with this multi-function
machine. With high speed, the material is cut and fused immediately. The
fusing of the ends prevents the tightening and loosening of threads.
By extraction with an activated carbon filter, vapors are discharged effectively.

XY-table
Cutting table with vacuum field for CV, sheets, film, carpets etc.
The XY-table - a stable cutting table with vacuum field and portal cutter.
The cutting portal is electrically movable over the entire table surface and
rotateable manually for cross-sectional and longitudinal, 90° each.
The table is covered with multi-layer plates, got a cm-scale at the side edge,
is air-assisted, divided into two air chambers. moveable on wheels
or half-round rails, e.g. in front of a paternoster.
