Five partbooks (1st and 2nd Flutes, Oboe, Clarinet, and Bassoon) used by 'The Sunday Band', the wind quintet formed by Elgar in 1877. Original compositions by Elgar include Harmony Music nos. 1-3, Promenades nos. 1 -6, 'Shed' nos. 4-7, Intermezzi nos. 1-5, etc.; other contents include arrangements of ballads, traditional tunes, and hymns.
