AUTUMN EDITION MARCH 2017 – MAY 2017
Yo Yo’s Playground
New playground equipment has been installed in the YoYos
children’s play room adjacent to the Cedar’s Bistro and Iron Bone
Grill Dining area. The Australian designed and manufactured
Goplay Adventure World Playground equipment offers a stress free
child entertainment facility. The size of the module restricts overly
exuberant activity by older children allowing the younger ones a
comfortable play experience without the risk of being excluded or
pushed aside. We know that if kids can climb something, they will.
That is why the equipment selected has been installed behind a
fence to reduce the risk of injury caused by falls thus the installation is designed to meet or exceed the relevant safety standards.
The playground is commercial grade and built to last. This means
it can stand up to the sort of punishment that only kids can inflict.
This new entertainment facility for children complements a
more relaxed family dining experience. Kids are loving the new
equipment and so will you!
SEE YOU AT THE WORKERS
PRESIDENT’S
LETTER
If you were lucky enough to take
advantage of the air conditioned main
club to escape the prolonged heatwave
conditions over the hot summer,
please don’t feel troubled about the
massive ‘carbon footprint’ required
to maintain the ambient temperature
indoors. There has been almost a
doubling of our rooftop photovoltaic
solar panel system from a 100KW
to a 200KW generating capacity
thus creating greater efficiencies
in managing energy consumption.
The Sports club has a smaller 50KW
solar array, but nevertheless this
also contributes significantly to
reducing grid reliance at that venue.
‘Happy kids – happy parents’ – the
much anticipated upgrade of Yoyo’s
play area has been completed with
purpose play equipment installed,
much to the delight of all those using it.
We have practically completed
all major renovations of the main
Club with compliments flowing
from members & visitors. We are
proud of the end result so come
and enjoy the experience. Hope to
see you at one of our 3 Clubs soon.
Good Luck! Good Experiences! Good
Clubbing!
