Frequently Asked Questions Do I need to install software on my computer to use Quadrant? No, Quadrant is a cloud-based application which is accessed through a secure website through your favourite web-browser. I collect sensitive data from my participants. Is my data safe? Yes, Quadrant allows you to delegate roles to ensure only who you choose have access to your data. Quadrant takes automatic back-ups, which are stored in two physically disparate data centres in Australia. I’m a research team of one; will Quadrant still be of use to me? Yes, you can use Quadrant to track your research progress and securely share your data with collegaues. Can I use Quadrant to share my data with collaborators outside my institution or internationally? Yes, anyone with a valid email address can use Quadrant.
