The deposit is applied to the total tuition and is non- refundable. Tuition is due in full by June 1, 2017. Campers enrolling after June 1st must pay in full upon enrollment. There is a $20 non-refundable annual registration/insurance fee for all campers. This fee is in addition to the camp tuition and is effective for one Rolly Pollies Calendar year. If three or more family members register together, the fee will be limited to $50. Checks are payable to Rolly Pollies. Discounts: There is a 10% discount for siblings who are attending Summer Camp during the same week. Cancellations: For cancellations prior to June 1st, the total tuition, less the 50% deposit or $100 dollars, whichever is less, is refundable. For cancellations after June 1st, the total tuition is forfeited unless circumstance is deemed dire. Circumstances are reviewed on a case by case basis by Rolly Pollies senior management. If your child is unable to attend camp on a date you selected another date may be substituted if space permits. You must call in advance. There are no make ups after the 9-week summer session has ended. Permission to Participate: Parents and guardians grant the camper permission to participate in all camp activities and understand that accidents and injuries may occur in the natural course of participation in such activities. Camp Selections: All camps and dates are scheduled on a first come first served basis. We require a minimum of 5 students in a camp and a maximum of 15 per age group. If a camp is cancelled you will be notified the week prior and asked to select another camp of your choice. Please carefully review this page to avoid any misunderstandings.
