to your mocktails. We present some Nicety mocktail ideas to get you
started. But feel free to experiment and invent your own secret recipes.
Ice Tea Sangria
1. One portion of Nicety Lemon
(1 part Nicety, 5 parts water)
2. One cup unsweetened grape juice
3. Quarter cup orange juice
4. One small orange, sliced
5. One apple, cored and sliced
6. One lime, sliced
7. Combine all ingredients in large pitcher
8. Chill at least 2 hours or until ready to serve
Mango Lime Cooler
1. One portion of Nicety Lemon (1 part
Nicety, 5 parts water)
2. One cup mango juice or to taste
3. Add ice and shake in a pitcher
4. Garnish with lemon wedge
Pineapple Mint Cooler
1. One portion of Nicety Mint
(1 part Nicety, 5 parts water)
2. One cup pineapple juice or to taste
3. Add ice and shake in a pitcher
4. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Black Currant Ice Tea
1. One portion Nicety Lemon (concentrate)
2. One cup black currant juice
3. Half a cup orange juice
4. Add soda water and ice
5. Shake
6. Serve with a wedge of lemon
Blackberry Lime Cooler
1. One portion of Nicety Lemon (concentrate)
2. One and a half cups blackberry syrup
3. Add soda water and ice
4. Shake
5. Serve with a wedge of lemon
Unorthodox Mojito
1. One serving of Nicety Lemon
(1 part Nicety, 5 parts water)
2. A lemon wedge
3. Squeeze the lemon wedge into
a glass and drop it into the glass
4. Add cracked ice
5. Top up with Nicety
6. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve
Honey Cooler
1. One serving of Nicety Lemon
(1 part Nicety, 5 parts water)
2. A teaspoon of caster sugar
3. A tablespoon of honey
4. Juice from one lemon
5. Mix all of the above in a shaker
6. Shake well
7. Pour over ice in a tall glass
8. Garnish with an orange slice and serve
East Meets West
1. One serving of Nicety Lemon
(1 part Nicety, 5 parts water)
2. A teaspoon of kokum syrup
3. Black salt to taste
4. Juice from one lemon
5. Mix all of the above in a shaker
6. Shake well
7. Pour over ice in a tall glass
8. Garnish with an orange slice and serve
Peppermint Green Cooler
1. One serving of Nicety Mint
(1 part Nicety, 5 parts water)
2. A tablespoon of sugar syrup
3. Juice from a lemon
4. A pinch of peppermint powder
5. Fill a glass with ice and pour in Nicety
6. Add sugar syrup and lime juice and stir
7. Add peppermint powder and stir again
8. Pour over ice in a tall glass
9. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve
Hawaiian Plantation
1. One serving of Nicety Lemon
(1 part Nicety, 5 parts water)
2. One cup pineapple juice
3. Two tablespoons of sugar syrup (optional)
4. Half a cup of fresh pineapple spears
(pineapple peeled, cored and cut into pieces)
5. Mix Nicety and pineapple juice
6. Pour the mixture over ice
7. Garnish with pineapple spears, serve chilled
