With summer fast approaching, we hope you are becoming as excited as we are with anticipation of our summer intensives. In
preparation for the program we have prepared this orientation and arrival packet for your review. It is chock full of information
regardingarrival,onsiteorientation,parkingdirections,staffcontactinformation,weekendactivities,performancedetailsandso
forth.WhileattendingtheSummerIntensiveprograminDallas,studentswillalsohavetheopportunitytoexploreDallasbysigning
upforourmanyweekendactivities.Youwillfindadescriptionofallofourafterschoolactivitiesinthispacketaswellasdirections
onhowtobuytickets.Wehavealimitednumberofticketsthatalwaysgetsoldout,sopleasesignupandbuytheticketsassoonas
possible.
OrientationandArrival
Orientationandarrivaltimesdependonwhetherornotyouwillbestayinginourhousingfacilities.Pleaseseetheendofthispacket
for the campus map and VERY important directions regarding parking for pickup and drop off of students on campus for
commuterstudents.

Your group assignment and schedules will be e-mailed to you on the Sunday prior to your Monday classes or handed out at

Stafftoandfromtheeventandthedormitories.Ifyouareacommuterstudentyouwillbeinformedwheretomeetthegroup.
