How Does Sharing Dance Move YOU?
A TOOLKIT TO SHARE YOUR MOVES
@NBS_ENB | @Sharing_Dance | #SharingDance | #MovesMe
Welcome to Sharing Dance Canada 2017! Sharing Dance Moves Me is a fun challenge from Canada’s
National Ballet School to get Canadians dancing and sharing their experience on social media.
Follow these three easy steps – and don’t forget to challenge your friends and family to do the same!
1. Pick a movement. Choose your favourite section of this year’s Sharing Dance Canada
choreography. Not sure what to pick? Check out the full choreography and rehearsal videos
online!
2. Get it on camera. Capture the choreography that inspires you! Snap a selfie or get a friend to
take a picture or video of you posing or dancing! When it’s an action shot or a photograph, have
some fun with it.
3. Share your moves.* Upload your photo or video to any (or all) of your social media accounts, tag
four of your friends to do the same and pass on the challenge. Feel free to share an idea or quote
about how dance moves you and encourage others to do the same! Don’t forget to tag and
hashtag Canada’s National Ballet School and Sharing Dance using the prompts provided above.
*Don’t want to post on social media? Send your photo or video plus anything else you want to share to [email protected].
