Joule
1. Log on to Joule at pc.mrooms3.net
2. On the Home page, scroll to and select “Residence Life.”
3. Select the Returning Student On-Campus Housing Application.
4. Complete the application and submit.
5. Upon submission, you will be redirected to the live.upike.edu. Follow the directions outlined below to complete
the housing sign-up process.

1. Log on at live.upike.edu
2. Find the building you would like to live in. From here, there are three ways to submit your application:
3. Select where you would like to live – by building, floor, or specific room. If you select “Add to application” below,
you will be assigned to the first vacant bed on the first floor with vacancies. If you would like to apply for a
specific floor or room click “View more.”
This will load all of the available floors. Here, you can request to live on a specific floor by clicking “Add
to application” – this will prompt the system to automatically assign you to the first vacant bed on that
floor.
If you would like to select a specific room, click “Show rooms.”
This will load all of the available rooms for you on that floor. To select a bed, click the plus sign in the
room where you would like to live.
4. After selecting your bed, you have the option to request a roommate. Click the roommate icon and enter your
requested roommate’s student ID.
5. Click the “Submit Application” button on top of the screen.
6. After clicking “Submit Application” you will be prompted to accept the Housing Terms and provide an
Emergency/Missing Persons Contact. Once this is complete, make sure to click “Agree and Submit.”
7. You’re done! You’ll receive a confirmation email in your UPIKE email inbox.
