Select KCl; great value potassium source
Select KCl is the high grade, fully soluble, economical, free flowing potassium fertigation fertilizer
that contains potassium. When applied in open field fertigation conditions Select KCl can replace
potassium nitrate. This limits the accumulation of nitrates in the soil and creates great value for
money for the user. Select KCl fertigated crops can benefit from the included chlorides when it comes
to taste, shelf life and fruit firmness of the crop. Select KCI is, for pure fertigation purposes, exclusively
sold via Everris in many countries.
Product advantages
Select KCl is very soluble. With 330 gram / liter (at 20oC) Select KCl can be named one of the best
soluble KCl sources available in the world. Select KCl is derived from a unique source, the Dead Sea,
this guarantees the purity and solubility of the product. The potassium in Select KCl is fully plant
assimilable and contains negligible amounts of heavy metals. The product can be used for fertigated
crops under drip fertigation, overhead fertigation or pivot fertigation.
Due to its origin Select KCl is certified in Israel as organic fertilizer. There are no other organic
certifications for Select KCl.
When is Select KCl the preferred potassium source?
1. When the crops are field fertigated
2. When the irrigation water has an EC less than 0,6 mS/cm
3. When the fruit taste needs to be improved and the crop tolerates / needs chloride
4. When the EC needs to be increased / salinity (e.g. to force generative growth)
5. When the costs of fertilization needs to be decreased
6. When the use of nitrate needs to be reduced (e.g. in NO3 vulnerable zones)
When is the use of Select KCl not advised
1. In situations where the use of chlorides is restricted/prohibited
2. When you grow chloride sensitive crops under risky conditions
3. When the circumstances ask for a fertilization program with a lower EC, when the crop is
salt sensitive or when the EC of the irrigation water is high

General recommendation
Use Select KCI as a potassium source for open field fertigated crops.
Avoid the use of potassium chloride in greenhouse growing conditions or
in situations where the EC level is already high. Select KCl can be mixed
with other Select products or with compound NPK fertilizers. If in doubt
when using Select KCl products it’s advised to do a small trial before
starting to use Select KCl at full scale. Contact Everris or your
professional advisor for specific advice and recommendations.

Select line products description
Select fully water soluble fertigation fertilizers are especially selected and
produced for professionals in fertigation. Select fertilizers are derived from a
single source and are very soluble. The Select line of products can be mixed
with other Select products or compound water soluble fertigation fertilizers like
Agrolution pHLow, Agrolution Special, Solinure GT or Solinure FX fertilizers.
