I may request a copy of these policies, by-laws and articles at any time. • I understand that failure to abide by these Policies, By-laws and Articles of Association may result in the loss of my right to remain a member of the Association and my child’s enrolment at ISU. • I understand that if any of the information that I have given here is false or misleading, ISU reserves the right to reject the re-registration of my child, or, if my child has already been re-registered, ISU reserves the right to cancel the re-registration.
