WRIST BANDS FOR THE RIDES!
Wrist Bands for the Carnival Rides can
be purchased via QKR App from today.
Buying the tickets prior to the day is a $5
saving and no lining up at the ticket
booth on the day. The wrist bands will
be kept at the office until Term 4 when
families can then collect them from
October 3. The wrist bands will have an
Aberfeldie PS stamp on them for proof of
purchase.
Carnival Rides
The carnival rides crank up from 3pm to 8pm –
there’s an assortment of rides to suit all levels of
thrill seekers:

Cup and Saucer Ride - All ages

Jumping Castle – Ages 1 to 12

Carousel (8 friendly horses) – Ages 2 to 8

Giant Super Slide – Ages 3 to adult

Cha Cha – 1.1m height min,
otherwise child must ride with an adult

Music Trip – 1.3m height minimum

20 seater Chair-o-plane
$35 Unlimited Rides Wristband - pre-Fete day
purchased tickets can be purchased via QKR App
from now on.
$40 Unlimited Rides Wristband – purchase on
the day from the ticket booth
$8 Single ride tickets - purchase on the day from
the ticket booth
Wristbands are not transferrable and must be
placed on wrist correctly.
Aberfeldie’s Got Talent auditions have started and the
audiences are loving the effort gone into the performances
so far. Auditions are on every Tuesday at 1:50pm in the
Gym. Finalists will be known by the last week of Term 3
and the Grand Finale will take place at the Fete; time to be
confirmed in the coming weeks.
15 Oct 2016—Gates open 2.30pm—8.30pm
Please take care of wristbands as lost or
damaged bands will not be replaced. Should the
event be cancelled prior to 15 Oct 2016 a full
refund will be provided to the holders of prepurchased wristbands. Wristbands need to be in
good condition (ie. not used or damaged) and
must have official APS marking.
Also available for 8 year olds and under will be
Pony Rides operating in the grounds.

Lego competition
We have some talented photographers
within our school community and they
will be donating their time and
expertise to offer portrait style photos
on Fete day. Keep an eye out for a
booking form that will enable you to
make a time for a photo. The photos
will be of a professional high resolution
quality. For the price of $10 you can
have a fabulous photo and 100% of
money raised will be donated back to
the school.

Sporting Club clinics

Entertainment on our outdoor stage right across the
day—including our Grand Final of Aberfeldie’s Got
Talent

Carnival Rides and Pony Rides.
We will need volunteers to be rostered onto the
stalls across the day and we would like some
donations to assist in the running of the stalls.
