Rules on Food for Lemonade Day
WHAT YOU CAN AND CAN’T SELL
It is very important you follow these guidelines!
AHS Items that can be sold. “AHS” stands for Alberta Health Services and they are responsible
for the health of the public. Your lemonade stand can be shut down by health inspectors if you
don’t follow their guidelines.
Also ensure that you have a hand sanitizer at your lemonade stand and wash your hands
regularly. Avoid touching food with your hands so we recommend you buy disposable gloves
and use these when handling food.
