Step 1 – If not already an AAdvantage member, please enroll American Airlines AAdvantage
Step 2 - Be sure to update your Raytheon profile with the new AAdvantage number, and contact BCD Travel to add it to your current
reservations
Step 3 - Book your Raytheon corporate travel on American Airlines flights only
Code share (AA*) services operated by partner carriers are not eligible for Preferred Seats
Step 4 - Review BCD email confirmation once ticketed for the six letter AA record locator (PNR)
Step 5 – Go to American Airlines Preferred Seat Link: https://seatselect.aa.com on your desktop, laptop or mobile device
Step 6 – Enter Traveler’s Last Name and AA record locator (PNR)
Click on ‘Choose Your Seat’ to move to the next page which will show the seat map
Choose your Seat on the Seat Map Page

Select 1st Segment (Example :Tab to Flight 1 of 2)
Assign Preferred Seat
Select Next Segments (Example: Tab to Flight 2 of 2)
Assign Preferred Seat
Click on ‘Confirm My Selection’
