2. Blend until uniform
1 cup fresh lemon juice

Directions
1. Assemble all ingredients.
2. Place graham cracker crumbs and Truvía™ natural sweetener into mixing bowl; mix well.
3. Pour melted butter and vanilla over crumb mixture; blend until mixture is moist.
4. Press crumb mixture into 10” ungreased spring form pan, covering bottom and sides;
refrigerate for 10 minutes.
5. Place Truvía™ natural sweetener, cream cheese, Neufchatel, and salt into mixing bowl.
6. Blend at low speed for 1 minute; scrape sides of bowl and mixing paddle.
7. Mixing at low speed, add one egg at a time over 5 minutes.
8. Scrape sides of bowl and paddle.
9. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes while adding lemon zest and juice;
scrape bowl and mixing paddle.
10. Pour batter into graham cracker crust; bake at 325°F in oven for 55-60 minutes.
11. Place all topping ingredients into bowl. Toss, cover, and let stand for 30 minutes.
12.Remove from oven; cool on wire rack for I hour; cut into 12 pieces using a water
dipped serrated knife and serve or refrigerate. Spoon on strawberry topping.

Directions
1. Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 425° F.
2. In large mixing bowl, place strawberries, rhubarb, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, cornstarch

3. Place pie crust dough on lightly floured surface; roll out; transfer to parchment-lined sheet pan.
4. Place fruit mixture into center of pie crust; leaving 1 ½” border around edge of crust; place butter
pats on fruit filling.
5. Flip up crust edge toward middle, pleating as you fold up.
6. Bake in 425° F oven for 25-30 minutes; rotate 180° half way through baking.
7. Cool on wire rack; serve warm or at room temperature.
