The Southeast Wyoming Chapter of the Muley Fanatic Foundation is making a difference in our corner of the state! But
we can’t do what we do without the support of local communities. With your help, we can ensure mule deer conservation
and supporting services to further the sport of hunting and sound wildlife management.
Our third annual fundraising banquet is set to be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Little America in Cheyenne. We
kicked off our first banquet in 2013 with a sold out crowd of 324 attendees, allowing us to contribute over $30,000 to local
projects. We almost doubled attendance in 2014 with 600 people contributing to the $40,000+ we were able to allocate
for deer in the Snowy Range and Sierra Madres.
With an operating structure of 70 percent of net funds raised going right here in our backyard, we have been able to make
a difference through a variety of local projects! Our goal is to match last year’s attendance but significantly increase
fundraising dollars. Please look over the sponsorship levels below and let us know how you are able to contribute to our
fundraising efforts. We appreciate your support!
Game Sponsors: $1,500 (multiple needed)
We will have about 10 games throughout the evening of the event. Participants will have chances to win firearms and a
wide variety of other high quality prizes. A stand up banner and other recognition is available for the sponsorship.
Veteran’s Sponsor: $1,000 (or gun of choice)
We believe in honoring those who have served our great country. At our banquet, we recognize our servicemen and
women by presenting them with Challenge Coins and entering them in a free raffle to win a distinguished firearm. The
Veteran’s Sponsor has the option of presenting the firearm at the event.
Bar Sponsor: $1,000 (can do a partial sponsorship of $500)
Each bar sponsor will be recognized with a stand up banner next to one bar location. This covers the cost of bartenders
and free soda for all designated drivers.
Youth Meals and Kids Goodie Bags: $1,000
All youth ages 9 and under gain free entrance to the event, with a meal included. In addition, youth goodie bags will be
available for them to pick up at check-in the night of the event.
Sponsor Table: $800 (8-top), $1,000 (10-top), or $1,200 (12-top)
A sponsor table will receive dinner, recognition in the banquet program, and entry into a drawing for a chance to win the
sponsor gun. The 12-top sponsor tables ($1,200) will receive a personal hostess for the evening – no missing out on the
fun, stay with your table and let your hostess head to the bar to fill your drinks!

Youth Firearm: $750
All youth who attend the event will be entered in a free raffle to win a gun! A smaller caliber rifle will be given to one boy
and one girl. Sponsor has the opportunity to present firearms to the youth.
Youth Raffle: $500
All youth are given the opportunity to participate in the same games adults are playing, for a reduced fee of $1 per game.
At each game the child has the opportunity to win tickets that can be used for a special youth raffle that features a variety
of children’s items (fishing poles, outdoor gear, games, etc.).
Photo Booth: $500
The MFF banquet is meant to provide entertainment for young and old. It’s a time where old friends get together and
families enjoy making new memories. Therefore, the photo booth is a great opportunity to capture fun moments!
Gun Safe:
The gun safe sponsor will have the ability to choose price range (and actual safe if they so choose) for the safe that will be
sold in the live auction. Recognition will be given to the sponsor during the live auction portion of the evening.
Banquet Sponsors:
Various levels available ($100, $250, $500, or any other amount). All sponsorships are greatly appreciated.
All sponsors will be given recognition in the banquet program as well as other marketing material.
