Recruiter & HR Generalist
Full-time opening for an individual to manage the recruitment process at all 13
CNB Bank & Trust facilities (primarily in south central Illinois), to include
sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, recommending, and onboarding.
We’re looking for an adventurous person who is willing to travel to our
various facilities, as needed, for interviewing and onboarding, etc. (Home
base will be the Alton facility.) The ideal candidate will have prior experience
as an interviewer and be tech savvy and creative, able to attract quality
candidates using 21st century methods. Prior experience in a banking role
would be a plus.
The secondary focus of this position will be other HR tasks as assigned,
relating to the strengths of the person chosen. Ideally our recruiter will also
be our EEO and Affirmative Action Coordinator. Strong writing skills would
be helpful.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR (or SHRM or HRCI certification) or 4-5
years of HR-related experience.
