To your enemy, forgiveness.
To an opponent, tolerance.

AND
¡Feliz Navidad Y Prospero Ano Nuevo!
Garden State Realty Management
would like to extend to you and your family
a year filled with happiness and good health.
The New Year brings a chance for a new beginning, to do things we
have been meaning to do but have put off for one reason or another.
We would like to encourage you to reach for those goals to make
them happen. It is through our action that we accomplish greatness.
Let’s strive to make this a great year, lets work together to improve
our homes and neighborhood. Although our Superintendents do
their best to keep our building interior and exterior clean, cleaning is
a 24 hour job. Chip in where ever possible, we all benefit from
keeping our homes in the best possible condition. Also, let’s keep
our homes safe by making sure the entrance doors to the building are
closed after you enter and exit. That if you hear noises out of the
ordinary you look to see what it may be. Also, if strangers are
spotted that the police are phoned immediately. Never confront
anyone on your own just call the police or our office.
WATER CONSERVATION & WATER ISSUES…
Water conservation is not only important for the environment but
also helps keep rental increases away. Whether you pay your own
water or we do, it is your responsibility to report all leaks and water
waste. If your toilet is running or you hear water running constantly
in the building you should call the office immediately so that we can
make repairs. We receive bills for water and sewer usage so if the
water is wasted from the faucet and escapes down the drain it is like
being charged twice, normal usage is expected but when there is
waste that drives cost which in turn will result in a rent increases!
Water leaks also can cause floor and ceiling damages, as well as other
problems—all which cause more costs to operate the building, which
can lead to greater rent increases! Help us to help keep your rent as
low as possible….Report all water problems and conserve water
please!
Water use it wisely is a website that list hundreds of ways to conserve
water as well as games that children can play and learn about water
conservation at the same time. Their number one tip is “There are a
number of ways to save water, and they all start with you.”
