Dallas, TX
Pioneer Bible Translators (PBT) annually hosts a week-long training called Resource. Resource
gives PBT recruits and field missionaries a chance to enjoy fellowship with one another while
they participate in Continuing Education seminars. PBT needs volunteers to help with their
Children’s Program for preschool through high school students and in the nursery for infants
and toddlers. Approx cost $375/person plus airfare. Adults only please. An info mtg for this

Grand Savann, Haiti
Spend time building upon relationships at our Sister Church, Grand Savann Christian Church
(GSCC), and at the In His Hands (IHH) Orphan Care Community. Help IHH with current
construction needs, participate in prayer walks through the village, plan activities for the
children at several orphanages, meet with the women’s group at GSCC, and visit your
sponsored child. Approx cost $1600/person. High school students are welcome to inquire about

Grand Savann, Haiti
Work alongside our Sister Church, Grand Savann Christian Church, as they continue
construction on their school and restrooms. Helpful to have some previous construction
experience, but “go-fers” also needed. Approx cost $1200-1500/person. An info mtg for this

Dallas, TX
Phil & Sarah Kemp partner with World Relief to welcome refugees as they resettle in the Dallas
area. The Kemps focus on forming friendships with the refugees and helping them adapt to the
American culture. Our team could be assisting with: the set-up of apartments; donation
distribution; hosting a family-friendly festival; &/or holding educational classes (teaching
English, health/nutrition, American culture, etc). The team may also attend worship at an Arabic
church. Approx cost $500/person plus airfare. Jr High age and older with a parent are welcome

Zakosciele, Poland
We are partnering with West Side Christian Church to send a team to serve alongside PROeM, a
Christian ministry focused on education, recreation, and church-planting. Our team will be
assisting at a youth camp focused on teaching English. We will also plan to visit tourist sites to
better understand the culture and may visit an orphanage. Approx cost $2000-2500/person. Jr
High age and older with a parent are welcome to join this team. An info mtg for this trip will

West Africa

Our ministry partners in West Africa focus on evangelism, education, leadership training, and
church planting among Unreached People Groups. West Africa is dominated by Islam, and our
ministry partners are excited about the outreach opportunities a medical team may provide. The
medical work could include clinical work in their schools, a nearby mission hospital, & local
villages; consultations; & preventative health (seminars at the schools). Approx cost
$3000/person. Max team size is 8 adults. An info mtg for this trip will be held on March 6

Carlinville, IL
Our missionary partners Greg & Mari (Campbell) Chimitris serve on the campus of SIU-C with
InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. InterVarsity is hosting a conference for around 300 students at
Lake Williamson Christian Center. They are recruiting a Prayer Team for the conference. The
Prayer Team will pray for conference sessions as they are going on, take prayer requests from
the students, and pray for the campuses the students are coming from. We may also help with
conference set-up and on-site registration. Approx cost $100/person. An info mtg for this
trip will be held on Aug 7 at Noon in Rm 221.

ORPHANS OUTREACH

Grand Savann, Haiti
Visit missionaries Sam and Jessica Jakaitis and help with projects at the In His Hands Orphan
Care Community. Work alongside hired Haitians to help with one of the following building
projects: bathhouses, a ceiling, a playground, a pavilion, or an orphan home. Spend time
playing with orphans, holding babies, and teaching English. Approx cost $600/person plus
airfare.

Orphan Host Program
Bring the mission to you! Host an orphan in your home! Orphans from China and the Philippines
will be spending a month this summer in Illinois and Missouri. This is an opportunity to show a
child the love of Christ and help them find an adoptive family! Approx cost $1900. Fundraising
opportunities are available to help cover some of the expense.

China
Visit an orphanage in Chenzhou, China where around 60 children live, including many children
with special needs. Love on the children by singing songs, playing games, holding babies, doing
arts and crafts, and more. We will also concentrate on ways we can build relationships with the
nannies that care for the children. This orphanage has a long-time partnership with In His
Hands. Approx cost $1100-$1600/person plus airfare.
