REALFLEET Co., Ltd. of Shibuya Ward in Tokyo has announced that it will begin accepting reservations from Thursday, July 15, 2010
for the release on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 of the SAL Pocket Video Camera from this company’s original“amadana”comprehensive KADEN (home electronics) brand.
The SAL Pocket Video Camera that is to be released this time marks the debut of a further improved model as the successor to the
SAL model which first went on sale in May 2009.
The pocket-sized, outstandingly portable SAL allows easy shooting of video and photographs at any time, and the captured
movies can be instantly played back for enjoyment on the 2-inch LCD display built in to the main unit. Further, captured videos and
photographs can be easily transferred to a PC via the USB terminal that is incorporated in the main unit. In addition, in order to
allow even greater enjoyment from“sharing”which is given particular attention in this model, the exclusive“amadana Appli”
application has been further improved. Using the amadana Appli, it will be possible to manage and edit movies and photographs,
and additionally to upload movies to YouTube, easily send data using e-mail*, and to link with services such as Mixi and Twitter to
allow easy uploading and file sharing.
REALFLEET will continue to aim for even further development of movie culture in the future by utilizing SAL as a new style of communication tool linking with various media and companies and letting people capture and share movie clips of their everyday
lives.
