A HAND-HELD ACCESSORY that cleans any flat surface. The contact cleaner hand roller is an
ergonomic designed hand tool that picks up particles down to 1 micron
(and below). The contact cleaner can be used to clean any flat surface and will pick up dry, unattached particles without damaging the surface or leaving anything behind. It will pick up dust,
lint, hair, glass, metal skin and plastic particles. After rolling the part you want to clean, simply
place the roller into the automatic cleaning station to refresh for next application.
Contact cleaner hand roller (part no 71029) includes Hand held roller (300mm/1ft.), Cleaning
station and one cleaning adhesive roll with 60 sheets of cleaning paper. A great option is the
extendable shaft that makes it more convenient and more ergonomic to reach across a large
panel (part no 10443).

ANTISTATIC SYSTEM is a device that neutralizes static electricity from the substrate and the material being applied. Antistatic system is an active device that removes static electricity from the
actual work area – it is mounted onto the glide beam to follow the glide beam and its pressure
roller over the flatbed.
Choose between three modes of emits for efficient elimination of static electricity:
a combination of + and - charged ions, + or - charged ions.

WE INVENTED THE FLATBED APPLICATOR, now we take the technology a step further and
introduces Heat roller. A new product developed to take heat assisted lamination to a whole new
level. Heat roller combines the advantages of flatbed application and our new (patent pending)
technology for a thermal roll with controlled consistent temperature around the roll mantle.
The heated roller reduces the appearance of micro bubbles (silvering) upon application of
laminate which means faster delivery to the customer without lead times. The roller temperature
can easily be adjusted as needed; there are three preset power settings (30-50°C). The working
temperature is shown on a display on the glide beam.
