This half term initiates the start of
the GCSE syllabus, looking at the
Core Content for Paper 1. The
Core Content will cover the Cold
War 1945 to 1975 and a depth
study that will cover the USA 1919
- 1941. The exam paper is 2 hours
long and makes up 40% of the
final grade. Students will focus on
Beginning of the Cold War and
then move on to start to look at
the Cuban Missile Crisis.
