The second event in this collaborative programme aims to reflect on the use of musicbypublicandprivatestakeholdersinlocal,nationalandinternationalcontexts.It willgiveprioritytopapersthataddressthefollowingthreeunderlyingthemesfroma national,transnationalorcomparativeperspective.
