Remove the green salad from the bag and place it in an
appropriately sized serving bowl. Cut the top and bottom
off of the included bell pepper. Remove the inner seeds and
ribs of the pepper and slice or dice 1/2 of the pepper
however you would like for your salad.
Add bell pepper pieces and tomatoes to greens and place in
refrigerator until meal is ready.
3
Dice 1/4 yellow onion for sauce and 1/8 yellow onion for
salad dressing. Mince 1 1/2 Tbs. of fresh parsley and drain
can of diced tomatoes.
Next add water to a large pot and lightly salt. This will be for
the pasta. Put on burner at high heat to boil.
4
Place the 1/8 chopped onion for the salad dressing in a
blender. Add 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar, 3/4 tsp soy sauce
(1/2 packet), 1 Tbs honey (2 packets), 3/4 tsp white sugar,
3/8 tsp freeze dried minced garlic, 2 1/2 Tbs. olive oil and
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth.
Keep refrigerated along with the salad.

medium heat. Put 1/2 pound of sausage, remaining 1/4 of
the diced yellow onion, 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
and the remaining 1 1/8 tsp freeze dried minced garlic in the
skillet. Cook until sausage is cooked through.
6
Add drained can of diced
tomatoes, 1/2 cup of whipping cream and 1/4 teaspoon
salt to the sausage mix. Stir
and simmer until mixture
thickens (8-10 minutes).
7
Water in the pot for the pasta should now be boiling. Once
at a rolling boil, add the pasta, stir and boil for 8-10 minutes,
or until al dente. When done drain water from pasta.
8
Remove the salad and the dressing from the refrigerator.
Add the dressing to the salad, toss and put out to serve.
Both the pasta and the sauce should get done at the same
time. Once done, drain the pasta, plate pasta and cover with
