6 Annual Wine from the Heart Dinner & Auction

The 6th Annual Wine from the Heart Dinner and Auction will be held on Saturday,
November 9, 2013 at the AT&T Conference Center in Austin, Texas.
HeartGift is comprised of volunteer pediatric cardiac surgeons, cardiologists,
anesthesiologists, pediatricians, dentists and many others, who are dedicated to
providing state of the art medical care for international children born with congenital
heart defects. The physicians who serve on the HeartGift team donate 100% of their
time and expertise. HeartGift has negotiated a dramatically discounted rate per surgery
with all of our partner children’s hospitals.
Since inception in 2000, HeartGift has saved the lives of over 168 children from 24
countries thanks to our generous friends, volunteers and donors. This year’s auction
will feature rare and collectible wines, one-of-a-kind travel opportunities, fine dining,
lifestyle packages and much more! We also have a selection of spectacular lots in need
of cash sponsorship. Please consider making a donation, as your contribution is an
excellent way to support this lifesaving work. Auction items can range in value
anywhere from hundreds to several thousands of dollars. To donate, please complete
the enclosed form or feel free to contact us.
All proceeds will benefit the HeartGift Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, whose sole
purpose is to provide lifesaving heart surgery for children from developing countries
who have no access to treatment. All donations are tax deductible and will be featured
in the auction catalog. We offer sincere thanks to our loyal supporters and welcome
new donors to help ensure that many more children receive the gift of life.
